November 20 - November 25, 2013 -- Reason for my Absense

First, I don't have an Internet connection at home, so I have to go utilize free wifi.

Second, it's been icky outside, especially the last several days.

Hmm...  Not crazy enough to get out in inclement weather if it's not absolutely necessary...  Maybe FBPD ought to cut the bullshit and take care of the REAL PROBLEM: the Banging Brood and "Mommy".

Everyone I freaking talk to understands that vibrations PROVE that the noises I've been hearing are REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  But not FBPD.  That police department is a pit of morons at best.  Normal people, mental health professionals, even the disability aid people I spoke with UNDERSTOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!  Nurses, doctors, whatever--THEY. ALL. CAN'T. BELIEVE. THE. COPS. WON'T. DO. ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 23 and 24, 2013--Useless "Public Service" by FBPD

Over the weekend, the Banging Brood was outdoing itself.  And the cops outdid their FAIL.

During the week last week, I'd gotten my hands on a text number you can contact with crime tips.  Two of the three times I used it, they texted me back, telling me to CALL.  Well, one of those times required me NOT TO CALL, because in order to get the Banging Brood CAUGHT, I needed to TEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember officers, those are "paper-thin walls".  The brat beasts can HEAR. ME. ON. THE. PHONE.

The fucking dispatcher couldn't fucking "get it" when I included in the text: I have to text this in, or they'll hear me.

There you have it, Farmers Branch PD has a text number you're supposed to use to send in crime tips anonymously, and they don't want you  to fucking USE IT!  Nowhere on the paper does it say the tip line is for emergency issues or whatever.

I'd say a goddamn HATE CRIME should count for the tip line.

It' has to be a hate crime at this point.  The harassment has been ongoing since July 2, 2013, and November 23, 2013, the Banging Brood sounded like they were body-slamming the shared wall between bedrooms.  They did so SIX GODDAMN TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I was talking to some people for help with my disability claim.  I told them what I'd dealt with regarding the Banging Brood and the FBPD.  They were SHOCKED the cops have been limp-wrist worthless and agree that there must be some kind of discrimination going on.

How do you like that, Mr. Pills?  FBPD getting its incompetence, unprofessionalism, discrimination, and violation of rights being spread here in the Dallas area.  How's that going to look on the tax rolls, when no one else WANTS to get a house in Farmers Branch, TX?  Frankly, I think anyone crazy enough to stay at the DoubleTree WILLINGLY for a VISIT is more insane than I.  I'm not saying the DoubleTree is bad, just that the area itself is bad.

I wonder when local TV networks plan to aim their unblinking lenses at the "city" of Farmers Branch, and FBPD?  Are you squirming yet, Mr. Pills (cop) and Mr. Greer (city manager)?

November 19, 2013 -- Where the Squad Car Parks

At 4:30 p.m., I saw the FBPD squad car parked outside the corner Wal-mart today.

But here's an interesting note.  The cop that parks there does so where you and I are NOT allowed to park.  It's not an emergency if you leave the car parked for hours on end, is it?  And cops have to obey the traffic/parking laws themselves if it's not an emergency.

Why do we have flagrant law-breakers like FBPD supposedly enforcing the laws for the rest of Farmers Branch, TX?  It seems like a waste of taxpayer funds to me.  Shouldn't we have cops that are more willing to obey the laws when they're supposed to do so?

Oh.  Wait.  They discriminate against and violate the rights of childless-by-abstinence women that are crazy and have cats.  They'll permit hate crimes to be perpetrated on such a woman described.  Of COURSE Farmers Branch PD is going to break other laws!

Nothing but crooks in uniform.  Sad that homeowners pay such monsters to protect them.

November 19, 2013 -- Granite Tower Cart Parking

Well, really the Wal-mart cart was located on the corner where Valley View and Alpha Link meet.  I saw the cart sitting there at 3:43 p.m.  The loser police didn't catch it.  They must be patrolling around the donut shop today or something.

November 19, 2013 -- More Banging Brood Nonsense

9:30 a.m., and the Banging Brood (skipping school yet again) drums on the shared wall again.  At 9:45 a.m., I called the apartment complex office and reported them.  The funny thing though is that the Banging Brood kept hammering on the wall when I was on the phone with the office.

It got quiet again maybe 10 minutes later.

Do you know why I say "Mommy" like this?  Because she's not a real mother.  I've seen real mothers.  They're with their children and when their kids act up (like screaming at another child they know from school when they're in touch distance), the parent(s) lecture the offender.  That's what real parents do, they don't let their kids act like uncontrollable monsters.  A "Mommy" like the Banging Brood's mother should lose her kids, since she WON'T care for them properly.

November 18, 2013 -- More Loud Stereo Action

At 1:59 p.m., someone rolled slowly through the parking lot with their stereo blaring.  Gee, and I thought the cops dealt with loud music.  Bull.

November 18, 2013 -- Banging Brood Skips School Again

At 10:31 a.m., the Banging Brood was thumping on the shared wall repeatedly.

Later this morning, they were playing the TV really loud, up until about noon, when I went to see the apartment manager.  She says they should be getting busy packing.  ...  Someone needs to get it through to "Mommy" then, because she's put up a Christmas decoration in the window, which says to me she doesn't grasp that she's out on her tailbone with all five kids.

November 18, 2013 -- Bouncing the Basketball

I ordinarily wouldn't care if a young adult or teen was dribbling a basketball outside, but this was at 6:54 a.m. this morning.

Seriously, don't even bother.

I've lived here since 2007, and in recent years, it's turned into a human dumpsite.  The cops are fond of discriminating against a mentally-disabled woman (myself), all because she feels she MUST defend herself.  And why is that?  Because of ongoing problems I've been having with the Banging Brood (the neighbors' kids next door that hammer, bang, thump, and drum on the shared walls between our apartments), and the cops' desire to protect those KIDS.

The cops knowingly allow those children to commit hate crimes.  Their mother allows it.  The city condones it, because they won't do anything either.

I've seen used condoms left in public places, people using controlled substances OUTSIDE, prostitution, and mainly smaller crimes.  But they're crimes nonetheless.

The cops, the city, the complex, the owner of the complex, CPS--they all freaking KNOW that the problems I've had with the Banging Brood have been going on since July 2, 2013.  The only ones trying to do something is the complex itself, though it's really freaking slow.  Everyone else just as well not even exist, that's how useless and incompetent they all are.

If anyone should be investigated for "terrorism," go after the brat pack.  Hold the mother responsible, since she's SUPPOSED to be in charge of those five kids.  Go after them for hate crimes.  Stop PRETENDING it's just "in my head" when it's been ON MY FUCKING GODDAMN WALL FOR FOUR FUCKING DAMN MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or just sit back and ignore it while Farmers Branch, TX becomes the pinnacle achievement of ghetto-dom.  Oh, and watch Wal-mart take their building plans elsewhere.  In fact, watch this so-called city become the pit no one wants to visit, live in, or heaven forbid, open a business in.

The topic was "can excessive noise be a hate crime?"  Well, it's considered anti-social behavior, and it can be a hate crime.  Not only that, but repeated neighbor problems such as what I've experienced are PUNISHED IN THE UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm well aware I'm in Texas.  But we have anti-noise laws, state laws, and the cops are SUPPOSED to ENFORCE STATE LAW!  They once had an officer tell me so to my face!

Mr. Pills, you and Mr. Fooled go over there and bust those people in the offending apartment already.  You know who they are, and which apartment the Banging Brood live in. It's gone on long enough.  If you sit there doing nothing, as usual, then those kids are going to grow up and wind up in prison, all because you useless bunch of "law enforcers" support HATE CRIMES.

I do NOT approve of your wish to make me the victim for their hatred.  Punish them.  Do the right thing for once and make that badge mean something.

November 17, 2013 -- Banging Brood Outdoes Itself

At 10:32 a.m., 10:34 a.m., and 12:03 p.m., the Banging Brood deprive my kitten of sleep yet again with their hellish drumming on the shared wall.  Remember Mr. Fooled?  It's that shared wall THEY told you they hadn't been near all day.

Well as if that wasn't enough, I had to put up with 2.5 hours of loud TV.  I realized it was them around 10:14 a.m.

Again, here's the face of innocence, the one that definitely did NOTHING to deserve those brats' bad behavior:

So you have the Banging Brood hating not only on a mentally-disabled woman, but also this tiny life.  And the same goes for the Farmers Branch PD and the City itself, since the "government" has known about the problem for MONTHS (since July 2nd, 2013 is when it all started) and has done next to JACK SQUAT.  Doing something only TWO FUCKING TIMES doesn't count when I've had to call close to 24 times.

Corrupt cops and city officials?  You bet.  I mean, come on!  Probably 6 times, different cops told me to "move into a house" or they talked about how it was when they were in apartments and compared it to living in a house now.  So what do the cops and the city REALLY WANT?  They want everyone in HOUSES, paying PROPERTY TAXES for a useless police force and an equally useless city "government".

With the way Farmers Branch DOESN'T WORK, homeowners would do better enforcing the law themselves at this point.  The cops and "city" have proven, time and again, that they're a waste of money and really not necessary when you have to "do it yourself".

Don't you think it's time taxpayers quit wasting money, especially for hate-related problems that the cops and "city" refuse to punish?

(For the record, yes, hate is something that cuts both ways.  But I hate their NOISES.  Just the noises.  They hate ME, and they hate MY KITTEN.  But hey, as far as the "city" and cops are concerned, why give a damn?  It's just a crazy woman with her fur children; let her be tortured.  American rights don't apply to everyone, especially those that came from a long line of family that was BORN IN THE USA!  I remember learning the Bill of Rights.  Thre's NO EXEMPTION for the mentally-disabled that allows these jerks to DISCRIMINATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

November 17, 2013 -- How Very Ghetto

There were three separate instances of overly loud vehicle stereos rolling past my window today.

They happened at 1:51 p.m., 1:55 p.m., and 2:14 p.m.  And where are the cops to stop this clear violation of STATE ANTI-NOISE LAW?!?  Abso-freaking nowhere!  They're probably busy leaving squad cars empty at Wal-mart!  Taxpayers would be better off just having empty uniforms lying around in public; skip paying cops.

November 15, 2013 -- Loud Parking Lot Nonsense

At around 12:39 p.m., some people drove through the parking lot at London Square Apartments.  They "Woo hooed!" for some reason.  So I wonder if there are plans to have a noisy party that will involve the cops shutting it down tonight?  If FBPD were smart, they'd increase patrols tonight to prevent public disturbances of this nature, at least until midnight.

But this is Farmers Branch PD we're talking about.  "Smart" is not a term I'd use to describe the majority of the officers.

Hah!

I have to laugh bitterly.  Why?  Because today, there's been almost another 200 hits on the blog.

And they're from France, Malasia, Russia, South Korea, and other parts of the US.  I laugh because all of these viewers must think Farmers Branch, TX is full of uncivilized, knuckle-dragging Neanderthals in the government sector, with thugs, crooks, murderers, and other criminal types as the "normal" residents.

They must be thinking, "What a horrible place to do business, to live, to even visit!  You could get run over by some hooded gang banger headbanging along to his way-loud rap music.  Or worse.  Maybe New York City would be safer?"

If I owned a major company, I wouldn't open up a branch office here.  I'd avoid Farmers Branch, TX no matter how tempting they tried to make things.  What they've allowed to happen to my household is downright inhuman.  Beastly even.  I imagine I'd have a quieter place in Hell if I were dead.

November 13, 2013 -- Banging Brood Again

At 8:42 p.m., the Banging Brood decided to disturb us yet again with more wall-shaking action that Mr. Fooled swears is "just my imagination".

I called them at 9:15 p.m., when I'd decided to lie down and sleep.  And the Brood kept banging, and thumping, and generally being little terrors.

November 13, 2013 -- More Parking Lot Racket

At 4:19 p.m., I heard someone driving through London Square Apartments' parking lot with the stereo cranked up.  I swear the area is going ghetto.  We used to NEVER hear stereos cranked up when we moved in back in 2007.

November 13, 2013 -- Banging Brood Traumatizes my Kitten!

At 3:20 p.m., my kitten was dropping off for a snooze.  The hell-brats, the Banging Brood, decided to bang on the wall hard enough to make it shake from floor to ceiling.  You know what happens?  My kitten wakes up and looks at the wall that the fucking useless FBPD cops say isn't being banged on.

Now Mr. Pills and Mr. Fooled, if the noises are all "just in my head," how do FOUR, count them ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR mental health professionals agree the vibrations PROVE I'm hearing something real, and how does a kitten respond to a noise that isn't there?!?

But, you know, Farmers Branch, TX is notorious for discriminating.  They don't mind a mentally-disabled (crazy) woman being tortured and harassed for FOUR GODDAMN FUCKING MONTHS.  It's no surprise they favor animal cruelty too.  I swear, FBPD, Farmers Branch City Hall...  The people that work there are no different from the little monsters next door.  Same manner of heartless, soulless beasts--as long as the person they're favoring squeezed out five little tax breaks.

That's all those kids are to that so-called mother next door.  They're tax breaks.  Nothing more.

You know what happened to the little dog they had next door?  It had to be gotten rid of, because those monsters' idea of "walking" it consisted of shoving it outside and leaving it there for hours.  They didn't care about that little dog.  So what the HELL makes you think that "Mother" cares for her children?

At 1:26 p.m., when I was coming home, I experienced loud music in the parking lot of London Square Apartments.  You know, you may love your music, but others could well hate it.  Why not keep it to yourself?

November 13, 2013 -- Empty Squad Car

And at 12:25 p.m., our daily empty squad car was found sitting at Wal-mart, in its usual location.  Empty.  Makes you wonder if any crooks have ever felt bold enough to try breaking into one of those and stealing the equipment inside?

An Important Message

Just in case I don't blog about this or that complaint going on in Farmers Branch, TX, I'm preoccupied.  Someone left a tiny (3 weeks old, max) kitten on my doorstep on November 11, 2013, so I'll be busy caring for the wee one.

I've heard the Banging Brood and the Upstairs Stomper, I've acknowledged the fact that the Banging Brood beat on the wall repeatedly at 11:05 p.m. on November 11, 2013.  But with this literal fur baby meowing in my ear, I have a more important focus than unruly children or lead-footed upstairs neighbors.  That doesn't mean I don't hear them.  It means that I now have a tiny spark of life depending on me to help her survive.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to return and take care of the newest member of the household.

And by the way, the apartment manager knows about the situation.  I just need to find a loving home for the ex-roommate's cat and I'll be back to the pet limit.

November 12, 2013 -- A Cop and a Squad Car

At 2:17 p.m., I saw a cop leaving the building across the quad.  I don't know why he was there.  For all I know, he was walking around the buildings to make sure everything was kosher.

Then at 2:25 p.m., I saw the usual empty squad car sitting in its usual spot in the Wal-mart parking lot.

...  to Farmers Branch PD and Farmers Branch City Hall for being such colossal failures.  Thanks to your inability to handle simple tasks, my irritation has led to promoting this blog to the extent that I got almost 200 pageviews today.

So thank you.  Thank you for letting Farmers Branch, TX become a ghetto.  Thank you for being such a monumental waste of taxpayer funds.  Thank you for the drive and determination to encourage other people, businesses, etc. from coming anywhere near Farmers Branch, TX.

If others value their lives and property they certainly will avoid Farmers Branch, TX like it has the plague.  I'm sure the other residents are grateful that your slack-jawed idiocity is scaring off multi-million dollar business developments, and with them, jobs from the area.

At 7:09 p.m., the Banging Brood drummed on the shared wall--the shared bedroom wall that Mr. Fooled swore they said they were staying away from when he spoke with me yesterday.

Then at 7:11 p.m., the Banging Brood beat on the wall over 12 times.

But nooooo...  According to the uniformed rat pukes, crazy people with cats for "children" can't possibly be victims!  They can't possibly have rights to violate, because they don't have KIDS!  And they're insane, so who gives a crap if we grind them into the dirt, they don't have rights!  The Banging Brood is doing everything by the fucking goddamn book, because we don't tolerate crazy women that are childless through ABSTINENCE!

So basically every goddamn thing I was taught about right and wrong growing up is invalid, according to Farmers Branch, TX.

November 10, 2013 -- Another Cart Sits

At 6:46 p.m., I noticed a Wal-mart cart sitting by the building where I live at London Square Apartments.

If Wal-mart were smart, they'd change their plans to put in the Super Wal-mart and Sam's Club in this area, since FBPD and Farmers Branch City Hall want the city to turn into a lawless ghetto.  How many thefts will Wal-mart be forced to write off if they do make the costly mistake of developing the area?

It would Seem...

...  that Farmers Branch City Hall and FBPD would like me to increase my blog promotion efforts.  Why do I say that?  Because of FBPD sliding back into their habit of treating ME like I have the problem instead of taking CARE OF THE REAL PROBLEM: the banging brats next door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 10, 2013 -- Speeding through Parking Lot

At 5:54 p.m., I saw a woman tearing through the parking lot really fast, avoiding the speed bumps.  What if a child had suddenly run out into the lot?

Also, she had her music cranked up too loud, and this has been an endemic problem that's been on the rise these past several days.  It's mainly been Spanish music.

Like the title of the blog says, Farmers Branch, TX is turning ghetto.  And FBPD looks the other way; they'd rather mooch off the taxpayers to get the taxpayers to buy all of them McMansions without having to "gasp" write a citation!

November 10, 2013 -- FBPD goes back to FAILING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You heard me!  Today they went back to their standard procedure: discriminate against the crazy childless-through-abstinence woman, because fuck all if the Banging Brood--all six of them, simply MUST BE TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE THERE'S SO DAMN MANY OF THEM and THERE'S ONLY ONE OF YOU BECAUSE THE FARMERS BRANCH POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SLACKING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I specifically told the dispatcher that I wanted the officer to take care of the situation.  My request was disregarded.

What did he do?  He "went over there and they told him they haven't been near the bedroom wall all day".  So Mr. Fooled stopped by their place and listened to lies because it's six against one.  So let me get this straight, if I had six or seven kids living with me in a one bedroom and THEY all swore the Banging Brood had been banging, the cop would listen and write a citation?

Fuck all!  The goddamn cops should know the history, tell it to whichever cop responds, and just write citations.  And for FUCK SAKE, don't act like a goddamn shrink, Mr. Fooled!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You're a cop.  Do that job ONLY!

So Mr. Fooled, you are quite a match for Mr. Pills, you know that?  You want to know what's fucking WRONG WITH ME?!?  Listening to those hellish little monsters drum on my fucking goddamn bedroom wall all GODDAMN DAY LONG is what's FUCKING WRONG WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!  Having a fucking goddamn cop act like he knows how to analyze mental states is what's FUCKING WRONG WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Having FBPD go back to discrimination and violating my rights is what's FUCKING WRONG WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 8, 2013 -- Thumbs Up to FBPD

At 1:11, I witnessed a squad car pull over another vehicle.  Good job catching a traffic violation.  I mean that sincerely.

November 8, 2013 -- Banging Brood is still at it

It all began at 12:30 a.m., with the Banging Brood thumping repeatedly on the shared bedroom wall.  They woke me up from sleep.  But they eventually quit and let me sleep, so I didn't have to call the cops on them, thank goodness.

They started up again at 8:58 a.m.  They thumped on the shared wall.  I don't think today is a holiday for kids to be out, so they should have been picked up by the school bus.

At 9:43 a.m., the Banging Brood made three hard bangs against the bedroom wall.

I called the apartment manager and reported the noises at 9:49 a.m.  She sent the maintenance guy to speak to the neighbors in Spanish.

Then at 10:48, they made another four bangs.

At 11:23 a.m., they slammed their door three to four times.

I believe I went to the office and spoke with the manager directly.  She told me she's told them that they're to leave.  Period.  And that she would go over there again and tell them to pipe down.

At 11:30 a.m. (hey, it takes time to get ahold of the maintenance guy), the Banging Brood thumped on the shared wall five to six times.

So as you can see, they just don't give a flying hang. Now maybe they're getting all hardcore on the wall now while they can, but to me, that says that the one-year-old isn't involved.  Doors slamming would be done by someone older, maybe the eldest sibling?  I suppose the mother could be slamming doors.  She does have a temper on her.  I saw it during the first confrontation.

November 7, 2013 -- The Banging Brood Skips School and gets in Trouble

I had to call the apartment manager and let her know what was going on.  But here's the list of events leading up to the phone call.

At .  8:51 a.m., the Banging Brood banged on the shared wall.  They should have been at the bus stop at that time.

Then at 10:45 a.m., the Banging Brood made two to three bumps.

There were more thumps on the shared wall at 11:10 a.m.

Then at 11:34 a.m., the Banging Brood made another two to three bumps.

I called the apartment manager at 11:37 a.m. and asked her if the kids are healthy enough to make noise, shouldn't they be in school?  She said that all of the kids, except for the one-year-old, should be in school.  Well, I doubt it's the one-year-old making the racket; that child isn't old enough to know about seeking revenge.  So that leaves the other four--all of whom SHOULD have been in school.

At 11:34 a.m., there was another series of two to three bumps made on the shared wall, coming from the Banging Brood's apartment.

Then at 12:55 p.m., There was a hard slam, followed by five to six thumps.

At 1:24 p.m., there was a lot of sounds like maybe furniture was being rearranged, and then one last slam, probably of a door.

So I'm guessing someone got ticked off?

November 6, 2013 -- No Party, but...

... around 8:30 p.m., there was a man out there yelling at someone to "get away from that window!"  I heard a scuffle, someone landed on a vehicle outside, fled, and was being chased by a man yelling, "That's not his car!  That's not his car!"

Lively night.

November 4, 2013 to November 6, 2013 -- Three Days of Banging Brood

Sorry I haven't posted in the past few days.  It's been rainy, dreary, and just generally icky outside.  Too icky to warrant going to a wifi hotspot to blog about the trivial drivel from the neighbors' kids next door.

So let's go at it day by day.

On November 4, 2013, there were two hard thumps on the shared bedroom wall that were worthy of notice.  This was at 11:58 a.m.  Shouldn't the kids be in school?

Then on November 5, 2013, at 6:29 p.m., the Banging Brood made several hard thumps on the shared wall, after I had called London Square Apartments and left a complaint with the answering service around 5 p.m.

Finally, today (November 6, 2013), I noticed the banging begin at 12:29 p.m., still during normal school hours.  And the Banging Brood kept thumping, banging, etc. until I'd had enough and went to the office to complain.  I complained around 3:24 p.m., and the racket continued until about 5:30 p.m.  I guess the manager told them to knock it off.

We'll see if they remain quiet, or if I'll have to call the cops tonight.

I'm expecting a party tonight.  We had several questionable types show up and got rowdy in the parking lot around 5:30 today, when that, and the Banging Brood both got really darned quiet.

November 3, 2013 -- A Little Litter

At least the litter didn't involve beer cans or bottles.

Oh, and the noisy neighbors?  Though all three were making various bumps, bangs, stomps, etc., it wasn't worth writing down.  We'll see if the trend will hold for later tonight.

November 2, 2013 -- Where's the Leash?

At 1:05 p.m., I saw the teacup dog being allowed to wander around on the quad lawn without harness, collar, or leash.  Let's just hope one of those hawks in the area doesn't decide that dog will make a good dinner.  I've seen the hawks cart off starlings, and that dog isn't much bigger.

November 1, 2013 -- Banging Brood Hates on Wall Again

At 7:27 p.m., the Banging Brood hit the bedroom wall so hard that it shook from floor to ceiling.  They did it again at 7:57 p.m.

So much for them moving at the end of October.  Halloween is over, and they're still there.  So either they'll be taken to court, or I've been lied to and the complex means to do NOTHING about it.

Let's review.  There are six people living in that apartment at all times: mother and five kids.  One kid looks old enough to be considered an adult.  I've seen boyfriends and whom I believe is the "Daddy" also hanging around.  And there's the chance that NOTHING will be done about this potential fire safety problem?  The Banging Brood lives in an apartment exactly like mine, and with six people (or more) all trying to escape in the event of an emergency...  That's an awful thought.

November 1, 2013 -- Spoke too Soon, or Upstairs Stomper Plays Loud Music

I'd gotten home at 6:10 p.m., and just as I'd gotten settled in for the evening, at 6:16 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper cranks on the music.

Now I don't believe in coincidence, especially involving the neighbors.  That music was turned off when I got in.  It didn't get turned off until maybe 7:30 p.m. last night.

November 1, 2013 -- Quiet Day, So Far

It's been quite a quiet day so far today.  Other than the Upstairs Stomper's dog getting very excited (not really gripe-worthy), there's been nothing going on.  Well, they do have the Walk for the Cure going on at the college this weekend.  That's a good thing.
