October 11, 2013 -- Oh Really, FBPD?

I went to Farmers Branch Police Department to reclaim my baseball bat and gun.

At 3:40 p.m., I was told that I'm under a "criminal investigation for making terroristic threats".

Hmm...

So threatening to sue is a "terroristic threat"?  Wanting City Hall and FBPD investigated in-depth is a "terroristic threat"?  What do they have to hide, I wonder?  Threatening to blog isn't a "terroristic threat" either.

It's sure not against the law to tell them my educational background and that I'm not an idiot.  But that doesn't imply any sort of threat, unless they're a bunch of paranoid delusionals in uniform that should be on the pills too.

It's not against the law to state you're going to download freeware to enhance audio of videos that have the banging noises--EVIDENCE--and put them on YouTube.  It's not against the law to make videos about my plight and see if it's shared to the point that the cops and city have to answer a million emails regarding this situation.

These are all protected under Federal Law!

Guess what, folks?  They didn't arrest me for anything.  They took me to the hospital, yes, but they did NOT arrest me.  You'd think a "terroristic threat" would require a more severe response than "your meds aren't working, we're taking you to the hospital".

This is bull.

The Sarge won't be in until Monday.  Until then, I blog.
