November 12, 2014 -- We had a Meeting Yesterday

At around 3 p.m. yesterday (November 11, 2014), we had a mandatory "Crime Reduction" meeting with a member of FBPD. One has to wonder why it's necessary to encourage the residents to call the cops to report non-violent crimes.  Especially when the general consensus is that FBPD doesn't care.  Several of us had legitimate concerns combined with frustration.  Illegal substances (use and trafficking) was also an issue brought up.  I myself also informed the officer that their Tip411 line was something I'd used in the past but was told not to use.  He said he'd check on that.

Personally, I have more confidence that the complex will take care of things like loud stereos thundering through the lot.  Crime fighting has been reduced to a "DIY" project here at the complex, or so it feels like given the general mood regarding the local "law enforcement".

I'm just skeptical about the officer's "I'll check on that" promises.  Heard it too much before and had nothing come of it.  My skepticism should be understandable, given the sheer volume of gripes posted on this blog about FBPD.

I'm not really "in a mood" regarding the meeting.  I'm just not believing that there will be any actions taken with regards to our concerns.

Oh, but I do recall the officer bad-mouthing the Dallas PD.

June 16, 2014 -- So Much for Tolerable

At 7:15 a.m., the Upstairs Stomper's TV got louder.  I know it's coming from upstairs, because it's not coming from either apartment next to me, and I can hear the noise in the kitchen and much louder in the dining nook.  The TV is so loud, that I fear I may have to call the cops.

June 16, 2014 -- More Loud TV Action Upstairs

At 6:35 a.m., I noticed that the Upstairs Stomper had the TV turned up just loud enough for me to hear it.  It's at a fairly tolerable level, however, it's detectable during curfew hours.

June 12, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper's TV Obsession is Back

At 6:40 a.m., I noticed that the Upstairs Stomper had turned on the TV.

At first, I thought it was the quiet neighbors next door.  But after going into the kitchen and bathroom, I was still able to hear the beep-boop-play-a-bongo type noises.  So it has to be from upstairs, because the sounds were overhead.

It's 7:18 a.m. as I write this.

June 11, 2014 -- *Sigh* Upstairs Stomper still Plays TV too Loud

It's 10:18 a.m., and the Upstairs Stomper is still playing the TV too loud.  This has been going on since about 7 a.m.

June 11, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper Plays Loud TV

Since about 7 a.m., I've had to tolerate the Upstairs Stomper's obsession with a TV loud enough to be mildly annoying.  I reported the problem to the main office at 8 a.m., but nothing has changed.  The Upstairs Stomper is still playing the TV loud enough that it sounds like the "wah wah" noises the adults make in the Peanuts cartoon.  The sounds are most definitely coming from an electronic device.

It's currently 8:43 a.m.  I've had enough.

June 5, 2014 -- Extremely Loud Stereo Outside

At 8:56 p.m., someone outside was playing their stereo loud enough to vibrate the walls here in the dining room, where I'm sitting.

Just as a FYI to the cops and anyone else that doesn't know this: there are people out there so hypersensitive to noise, that they will become fighting mad if they hear someone swallowing, clearing a throat, sighing, or even just breathing (Discovery network programming is quite educational).  Me, when it comes to loud stereos, I complain here and sometimes call the shiftless, do-nothing patrol to put a stop to the noises.  That's all the "fight" I want to have with another person.  Yet you'd think that given the way FBPD behaves, I was asking them to rope and pull the moon down to the ground.

May 24, 2014 -- More Loud Stereos Again

Starting at about 11 a.m., I've heard two loud stereos rolling around through the parking lot here at London Square Apartments.  So that you know, I'm seated about halfway between windows in the living and bedrooms.  That means the music is loud enough to reach me, which means it should be loud enough to be caught.

May 23, 2014 -- Loud Stereo Outside Again

It was 3:01 p.m. when a loud stereo went rolling around into one of the apartment complex lots.  I didn't get to see if it was here at London Square Apartments.  So it could have been at Courtyards instead, for all I know.  What I'm certain of is that it was loud enough to vibrate the window, and that after maybe 30 seconds, it was turned off.  If I were to hazard a guess, someone that's familiar with the "complaining crazy woman" turned off their stereo after they realized they were around my apartment.  But it's just a guess; I don't know for a fact.

FBPD, if I could have the attention of one of your officers?  I'm irritated when a loud stereo disturbs me, because it's a direct violation of state law.  State law is something FBPD is supposed to enforce.  It's been stated to me several times by your own officers.  I'd appreciate it if your officers would write tickets for these infractions.  If more of these drivers were given citations for disturbing the peace or for disorderly conduct, then word would get out, hopefully reducing the number of incidents.

After serving on a jury regarding a missing front license plate on a vehicle a couple of years ago, I'm aware that 1) FBPD will enforce "small potato" laws and 2) their video cameras pick up sound.

So how hard would it be to record these disturbances to prove it to a jury that the event occurred?  It would be easier to catch these infractions if proper patrols were conducted.

May 20, 2014 -- Loud Stereos on Midway

From 8:33 p.m. to 8:51 p.m., there have been at least 4 loud stereos going up and down Midway. I didn't really want to blog about it, but it's too much, it has been like taking a beating, and I'm just too darned tired to ignore it any longer.

Sunday, May 18, 2014

May 18, 2014 -- Loud Stereo Time at London Square Apartments

At 1:40 p.m., about 2:15 p.m., and again at 2:35 p.m., different vehicles have been driving through London Square's parking lot, blaring their stereos. I called the cops about it after the 2:15 p.m. incident. Obviously, FBPD isn't taking it seriously again. I'll have to inform the police chief again. I don't like these trespasses into my personal space with unwanted noise.

May 17, 2014 -- Rolling Racket

At 2:51 and 2:52 p.m., two separate vehicles were playing loud stereos near Alpha at Alpha Link. The funny thing was one moneymaker was right behind a cop going down Valley View, headed toward the police station, Nice to know taxpayers don't receive services.

May 17, 2014 -- Abandoned Wal-Mart Cart

At 3:41 p.m., I saw a cart left on the corner of Alpha Link and Valley View.

Thursday, May 15, 2014

May 15, 2014 -- Noisy Area

From 4:44 p.m. to 5:10 p.m., there were loud stereos present near Midway and LJB.  There were half a dozen instances, and the cops were nowhere.

Sunday, May 11, 2014

May 11, 2014 -- More Ghetto Noise

At 2:15 p.m., 2:20 p.m., and 2:25 p.m., there was yet more boom, boom, boom stereo action going on around London Square Apartments.

FBPD, I know you read this.  You guys are lousy where law enforcement is concerned.  The ghetto people that live in the area thumb their noses at your ineffectiveness.

Saturday, May 10, 2014

May 10, 2014 -- More Loud Music around London Square Apartments

There were loud stereos outside near London Square Apartments making racket at 1 p.m., 1:23 p.m., and again at 3:06 p.m.

And FBPD is supposed to be doing something about loud noises in public?  Somehow, I have my doubts, given the evidence that proves contrary to the claims of inept police officers.

Wednesday, May 7, 2014

May 7, 2014 -- Boom, Boom, Boom Area

From about 11:35 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., there must have been half a dozen vehicles playing loud music.  This was in the vicinity of the stop lights where Valley View Ln. and Alpha merge.  The pitiful thing is that one vehicle was right behind a cop squad car.

Sunday, May 4, 2014

May 4, 2014 -- Ghetto People and Loud Stereos

At around 12:43 p.m., 1:27 p.m., and 2:48 p.m., there have been loud stereos outside in the London Square Apartments and Courtyards parking lots.

So where are the patrols?  They're definitely not about, or the noisemakers would keep their stereos turned off.

Saturday, May 3, 2014

May 3, 2014 -- More Ghetto Loud Stereo

At 5:54 p.m., there was a vehicle with its stereo turned up to "thump loudly".  I couldn't see the offending vehicle, so it must have been next door at Courtyards at Valley View.

May 3, 2014 -- Very Ghetto Loud Stereo

At 11:57 a.m., an individual driving a silver quad cab Z something-or-other (didn't catch it exactly, but I know the Z whatever was red lettering) truck rolled past with its stereo blaring.  It was loud enough to set off a car alarm as the truck passed.  Now that's ghetto.  The person was leaving London Square Apartments.

May 2, 2014 -- Cop Parked Illegally Again

At 3:44 p.m., I noticed yet another FBPD squad car parked in the "no parking" section at the Wal-mart on the corner of Midway and LBJ/Valley View.

You know, I remember being told that cops are only allowed to violate laws like that when it's an emergency.  Sorry, but a potty break and a raid on Little Debbies does not constitute an emergency.

Stage 3, Completed

As promised, I created images using my rat and fashion cops.  I've posted them as designs that interested persons can order on their merchandise.

Mr. Greer, I've put up with FBPD's unwillingness to stop blasted noises for almost a year now.  Real noises.  Like on April 30, 2014--on-again-off-again loud stereos rolling past outside.

I deserve compensation.  So as promised, I started uploading my designs and I'll be selling merchandise that's very anti-FBPD.  I should also sit down and make a "fat cat"--perfect for City Hall.  But that will likely have to wait.  I have to start the book I intend to self-publish.  With a little creative license, it might make a good movie script.

Shame only the Police Chief wanted to avoid this mess.  Trouble is that FBPD is in the habit of reading my blog, Mr. Greer.  They read it, but fail to respond to the complaints.  I'm aware they're supposed to take complaints via phone, but they don't take complaints via the "new" texting service either (unless it's an emergency, so I just as well be dead while using it the way your cops act).

It's been the choice of Farmers Branch, TX to allow the cops to do as they please for about a year.  Now it's my turn, and this is what I choose.  I choose to make money from my misery.

A little preview of FBPD's attitude:

April 30, 2014 -- TX Plates KVN 859 at it Again

At 4:25 p.m., Mr. Kia thumped past in his burgundy 2008 Kia SUV.  This vehicle has the Texas plates numbered KVN 859.

April 30, 2014 -- More Outside Booming

Since 1:03 p.m., there have been two vehicles over at Courtyards playing loud music.  This has  been going on for the past five minutes, off and on.

I bet FBPD is making a twinkie run at Walmart.

April 30, 2014 -- Booming Noise Outside

At 9:42 a.m., someone in a vehicle was ba-ba-booming away.  I believe the culprit was at Courtyards.

Tuesday, April 29, 2014

April 29, 2014 -- Cop Car Parked in No Parking

At 1:33 p.m., I went to the Wal-mart located on the corner of LBJ/Valley View and Midway.  FBPD was parked in "no parking," and it sure didn't look like an emergency to me.  There sure wasn't a cop in the car.

Monday, April 28, 2014

Wow! There are Cops Better than FBPD!

If you go to this news item regarding the arrest of Paul Simon and Edie Brickel (http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2014/04/28/paul-simon-edie-brickell-arrested-charged-disorderly-conduct/), you'll see some cops that actually do their jobs.  Now why is it FBPD continues to FAIL at arresting average Joe people for disorderly conduct?

I remember when cops used to write tickets based on your WORD.  Case in point: one time some little brats were pitching fruit at my Dad.  He was simply mowing the lawn.  Well, Dad called the cops in my hometown, they came, and they wrote a ticket.  Period.  There were several instances of those neighbors causing problems, several tickets, and eventually the household moved.  Note I said HOUSEhold, as in living in a HOUSE.

Living in a HOUSE doesn't make people better, FBPD.  It sure doesn't give you priestly privilege to think you're "hot shit" compared to apartment dwellers.

April 27, 2014 -- Loud Music Outside

At 9:50 p.m., I became aware of loud music outside, and it's been going on for almost a minute.  All I can say for certain is that it's happening in a parking lot either here at London Square, or over there at Courtyards.

April 27, 2014 -- Grey SUV Booming

At 1:33 p.m., I observed a dark grey SUV with Texas plates.  The driver thought speeding through the lot would keep the vehicle unseen.  But it failed to make it invisible.  The loud music the vehicle played was unmistakably Hispanic.  The SUV I saw has a luggage rack on top.

April 27, 2014 -- KVN 859

At 9:50 a.m., Mr. Kia boomed his stereo past my apartment here at London Square.  His vehicle is a 2008 model burgundy-colored Kia SUV.

April 26, 2014 -- Update on "Booming Silver Car"

At about 3:03 p.m., I went outside and took a closer look at the car reported in this thread: Booming Silver Car.  This vehicle is a Toyota Corolla with no front plate on it.  The rear plate is New Mexico: LHW 319.

You'd think with clear details like this, FBPD would be chomping at the bit to haul them into court.  I know they don't mind getting you for not having a front plate.  I once sat on a case involving such a thing.  Now if they don't mind doing that, they shouldn't mind going after someone with a loud stereo either.

But it seems like FBPD just wants to waste taxpayer money, instead of putting a stop to these infractions.

April 26, 2014 -- Booming Silver Car

At 2:25 p.m. a silver 4-door sedan parked next to Building 2 here at London Square Apartments.  I couldn't find out what the plates said, but the windows are tinted so black you can't see anything.  Is that legal?

Anyway, the driver had the stereo cranked up while coming onto the lot, and also while parking the car.

If FBPD wasn't so pissing lazy, they'd come over here and have words with the car owner about breaking state law instead of letting them get away with breaking these ticket-able crimes.

I understand budgets aren't very good these days, so why not write citations about the loud stereos, something easy for anyone to hear and/or feel?  Seems rather short-sighted for the cops to overlook this, Mr. Greer.

April 26, 2014 -- Partial Texas Plate: CPJ 4

At 2:18 p.m., a white SUV drove onto the London Square Apartments complex with its stereo blaring.  I did manage to make out CPJ 4 on Texas plates.  The driver went to the back of the complex.

April 26, 2014 -- Hummer/SUV Making Noise

At 1:13 p.m., I witnessed the white Hummer/SUV vehicle heading toward the intersection of Alpha and Valley View Ln.  They were turning left out of London Square Apartments.  And they had their stereo turned up; that's why I noticed them leaving.  If they'd not been playing their stereo, I wouldn't have reported their nonsense on the blog.

April 26, 2014 -- Fashion Police Fail to Stop Loud Stereos Outside

You read that right.  Farmers Branch, TX cops have failed to stop loud stereos rolling around out there today.  At 12:19 p.m., a white Hummer-style SUV thumped on past here at London Square Apartments.  This too is a one-of-a-kind vehicle, easy for even the idiot patrol to locate on the grounds.

April 26, 2014 -- Another Boom, Boom, Boom

At 10:43 a.m., I witnessed a white, four door sedan leaving London Square Apartments.  The bass on that vehicle's stereo was thumping loudly.  I believe this was the Mazda I saw a couple of days ago.

April 26, 2014 -- Loud Stereo Outside

At 10:19 p.m., I could hear the unmistakable sound of a loud stereo outside.  It could have been here on London Square or over at Courtyards.  All I can tell you is as soon as it shut off, I heard a male greeting someone else, and that person was definitely outside here at London Square Apartments.

Thursday, April 24, 2014

Stage 2 of Project Completed

The rat cop graphic is all set to go.  Tomorrow, most likely, I'll be piecing things together to make images to put on t-shirts and other items.  Hey, might as well make some money over this ordeal I've had for the past year and make Farmers Branch, TX look like the place to avoid living in.

April 24, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper Engaging in Harassment

At 6:03 p.m., I noticed the Upstairs Stomper was making a drumming sound on the floor.  It wasn't just stomping, it was a rapid thumping.

April 24, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Drumming

At 5:23 p.m., the Pantry Punishers started drumming on the wall between our kitchens.  The drumming lasted for about a minute.  There was no discernible reason for the drumming to occur.  I don't see what's so "fun" about beating on a wall anyway.  It's plain stupid.  I didn't do that crap when I was a kid.  It was more fun to go outside and splash in mud puddles, "bake mud pies" and other such kid things.

I bet this means that now I've called the management office, they'll next be playing their TV loud again.

April 24, 2014 -- Extremely Loud Stereo Outside

At 4:20 p.m., I heard a very loud boom-boom-ba-boom from a vehicle's stereo.  The driver was parking over at Courtyards at Valley View Apartments.  I couldn't see much more than a brief flash of a black car through the hedge, certainly not enough for a fitting description.

But, the stereo was obviously loud enough to make the car's own windows vibrate violently.

Wednesday, April 23, 2014

April 23, 2014 -- Rumble, Rumble, Boom

At 6:50 p.m., I witnessed a white, four door Mazda sedan playing its stereo too loud.  It was pulling into the back of the London Square Apartments parking lot.  I do believe this vehicle is one-of-a-kind for this apartment complex, so if FBPD can break itself away from being fashion models, maybe they should come over and have a talk with the vehicle's owner.

Stage 2, Halfway Done

After much hand-cramping, I've gotten the "fashionista cop" the way I want it.  This will be a toon representing what FBPD officers look like when they come to my door--all crisply pressed, because they do no real work that gets their clothes all dirty and frumpy.  Not that writing citations and reports would get them dirty, but hey, I guess they're afraid they'll get ink on their hands or something.

I'll post about the next toon (what the cops look like on the inside with their crappy attitudes) later.  It's still in the raw stage.  My hand needs a break from the mouse for now.

Tuesday, April 22, 2014

Stage 1 Complete

Okay, I've completed the Farmers Branch, TX image that will go with the other pieces of the graphics I'll be putting on future merchandise.  I didn't want to use the Farmers Branch logo, because that's most likely copyrighted and probably not well-known outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.  I wanted something that would inform the uninformed that I was talking about Farmers Branch, TX, so I created my own.

That will be paired with either my "rat cop" (what the cops look like to me on the inside, given their bad attitudes) or with the "fashion cop" (what FBPD officers look like on the outside).  There will also be a "dig" aimed at FBPD or the city on each image.

My goal is to inform the wider world "out there" that Farmers Branch, TX is a poor choice for a house.  Fewer people buying houses means fewer people paying property taxes.  Fewer property taxes hurts the city, which in turn hurts FBPD.

Hey, FBPD and the "city" of Farmers Branch have known of the problems for almost a year now and they've done very little to rectify the situation.  I'm sincerely hoping this project will supply enough income to finally move out of this alleged city.  And if this is what the mayor of Farmers Branch wants as my "claim to fame," then so be it.

This is not something that can be "worked out".  You can't just put a tiny band-aid on a year's worth of harassment and torture.

I'm turning this living nightmare into a money-making opportunity.

Coming to an Important Decision

You know, I've been griping on this blog for almost a year now.  I've spent countless hours suffering without compensation.

I believe it's time to monetize.

So I'm working on a project to crank out t-shirts and other items in order to generate a revenue stream.  Yes, it'll still be about how Farmers Branch, TX is turning into a ghetto and how useless their police department has been in my experience.

I'm also entertaining thoughts about writing and self-publishing a book about my ordeal.  (I don't see why conspiracy theorists go off on cops, given the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism exhibited by FBPD.  If all police departments were like FBPD, the populace really would be nuts to be scared of them.)

I see no reason why I can't turn my pain and suffering into cold, hard cash just like how other people in the past have done so.  Besides, it would be quite therapeutic.

I've already drawn the rat cop and the fashion cop.  A little tweaking and they'll be ready for print-on-demand merchandise.

April 21, 2014 -- Texas plates: CMM-2670

At 3:38 p.m., I witnessed a gold truck bearing the aforementioned license plate.  It had its stereo turned up as the driver turned into Courtyards at Valley View Apartments.  I'm sorry the description isn't better, but I only had time enough to note it was a gold-colored truck and memorize the license plate long enough to write it down with the time of the incident.

April 21, 2014 -- Lots of Booming Stereo

At 2:09 p.m., I noticed someone with a loud stereo outside. The party in question was over in the Courtyards at Valley View parking lot.  It's now 2:13 p.m., and I can still hear the racket.

Thursday, April 17, 2014

April 17, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Banging

At 8:08 p.m., the Pantry Punishers thumped their pantry door against the shared kitchen wall.  Then seconds after, a thumpity-thumpity-thump drumming sound against the same wall.  I called the complex to tell them what was going on.

As if that wasn't enough, they then decided to turn up their TV loud enough that I could hear it halfway through the apartment.  I called the police (the complex said I could call the police if the Pantry Punishers got more rowdy), and the cops just got done talking to me.  But not before the officer "informed me" that "we've been called out here a lot this month".  Oh, I'm not going to feel bad about calling the cops when it's part of their JOB to handle these complaints, so if that comment was meant as a guilt trip, it won't work.

I'm bloody well going to call the police when my harassers insist on retaliatory actions.  The stomping and loud music that the Upstairs Stomper has been doing?  Retaliatory.  The crap that the Pantry Punishers did tonight?  Retaliatory.

And how do I know the Pantry Punishers were retaliating?  I was in the kitchen making dinner when the drumming on the wall and blaring TV happened.  In fact, the blaring TV happened just after I got off the phone with the complex.  I only waited until now to post something to ensure the Pantry Punishers got caught blaring their TV.

April 15, 2015 -- Enjoy, Mr. Greer

It was 8:35 p.m. when I called FBPD about noises.  I asked them to send an officer to see if the officer could hear what I was hearing -- a cacophony coming from all around in Building 2.

It's now almost an hour later, and the Fail Patrol hasn't done anything about the racket.

This is how cops handle loud noises, Mr. Greer?  They leave the culprits to continue the noisy harassment?  If it's loud enough to be giving me a headache, it's loud enough for the cops to shut down.

April 15, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper Banging Around

At about 6:05 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper slammed their door and stomped around a bit.

Now I will admit I was using a small power tool.  I do NOT apologize.

The reason is that jerk upstairs has used tools (including power tools), stomped, banged, slammed, played loud TV/music, and has even had their pit-mix noisily romping around up there.  Now it's downright hypocritical of the Upstairs Stomper to retaliate against whatever noise I (or my cats) do, given the crap said upstairs "neighbors" have put me through over my time in this apartment.

FBPD, ya'll really need to tell the Upstairs Stomper that if HIS SHIT is "normal apartment noises" then MY noises are "normal" as well.  If mine aren't "normal," then the Upstairs Stomper needs a freaking chill pill.

April 15, 2014 -- No Texting and Driving? Hah!

On the way back home I noticed a sign telling motorists that "There's no texting and driving in Farmers Branch".  Hah!  And just how the crap is FBPD supposed to enforce THAT ONE when they can't possibly notice "boom, boom, boom" thunderous stereos rolling down the street and clogging up Midway during rush hour or here at the complexes?  Loud music can be just as much a distraction, as well as a public nuisance.  Oh.  Wait.  State of Texas calls it "disorderly conduct".

What's the matter, FBPD?  Too overwhelmed by all of the loud stereos?  Is that it?  Still, how the BLAZES are you supposed to catch drivers in the act of texting when you can't even take care of noise?

April 15, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper gets an Early Start

At 8:43 a.m., the Upstairs Stomper began stomping on my ceiling again.  Gee, did my kitten play too loud?  I'm not apologizing for hyperactive kitten, just like the Upstairs Stomper doesn't apologize for hyperactive heavy dog.

Monday, April 14, 2014

April 14, 2014 -- Questionable Activity

At 9:58 p.m., I heard questionable activity going on at the Pantry Punishers' apartment.

Sunday, April 13, 2014

April 13, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper Making Noise Again

At 8:55 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper broke the silence with stomping again.  Said "neighbor" had gotten real quiet by the time the cops spoke with me around 7:20 p.m., and the Upstairs Stomper had been quiet for well over an hour, given these time periods.

When the officer spoke with me, he said the next time I call about the Upstairs Stomper, they'll write a citation and list me as the complainant.  Should this go to court, I have my blog as evidence of the BS I've tried to tolerate.

You Know what Pisses Me Off?

One, having an upstairs "neighbor" stomping above me at all hours of the day and night since April 9, 2014.  And when I say "all hours of the day and night", I've reported this jerk stomping around at 4 A. BLOODY M. and keeping me awake.  That was done to me because I dared to go PEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Clearly the asshole upstairs thinks I. Don't. Have. Rights!

Yes, the asshole is still stomping around.  It's almost 7 p.m. on April 13, 2014, and he's still at it.

Two, you have a "police department" whose dispatcher says someone will be sent out, but clearly 1) the party upstairs ignored what the officer said or 2) the cops never showed up.  So yeah, that really boils my onions.  Why in the flying FUCK do taxpayers get ripped off in Farmers Branch for "police protection" that isn't PROVIDED?!?

Three, Mr. Greer doesn't seem to be very good at getting his own police department to do their damn JOBS!

April 13, 2014 -- Where is FBPD?

I called FBPD at 6:37 p.m. regarding the Upstairs Stomper.  Said harassment is still continuing from the jerk upstairs.  FBPD has had plenty of time to send an officer to talk to the very un-neighborly neighbor.

I know for a *FACT* from living here that the Upstairs Stomper can move around QUIETLY for extended periods.  Therefore, the continual barrage of stomping over the past few days is quite UNNECESSARY!

April 13, 2014 -- Stomp, Stomp, Stomp

At 6:34 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper began stomping.  And it doesn't look like it'll let up.

So what could have set off that jerk upstairs?  Gee, did I make dinner too loud?  I'm sure as bleeding heck not apologizing for making dinner.  I have a right to live TOO!

April 13, 2014 -- Nosy Teens

At 6:03 p.m., a nosy teen female decided to stare into my open window.  She's friends with the Pantry Punishers.  I do not appreciate people staring in my apartment.  It's downright rude, and it gives the paranoid in me the notion that they plan something evil if they're looking in my apartment to see what I have.

April 13, 2014 -- CPJ 4862 at it Again

At 2:04 p.m., the grey Chevrolet quad cab truck with TX plate number CPJ 4862 was making noise again.  The stereo was set for "blaring loud".  He was leaving London Square Apartments, so if the cops hurry, they can catch him in the act.

April 13, 2014 -- Stompity, Stompity, Stomp.

It was 1:54 p.m. when the Upstairs Stomper started thundering around again.  I don't see how such light-weight people can be noisier than a fat chick when walking around upstairs.

April 13, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper being Noisy

At 1:12 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper was stomping around.  I can also faintly hear their TV going up there.

Saturday, April 12, 2014

April 12, 2014 -- Boom, Boom, and more Boom

And I'm talking music, not thunder.

At 6:25 p.m., someone was playing their stereo too loud in the vicinity of London Square, perhaps next door at Courtyards at Valley View Apartments.

A Productive Walk

I've managed to collect the license plate numbers of several vehicles that I've reported having the stereo turned up too loud.  I've already posted descriptions of said vehicles.  But I'm going to wait until I catch the offenders in the act again before posting their license plate numbers.

April 11, 2014 -- Blaring Loud Stereo

At 12:52 p.m., I couldn't help but notice the "rattle the windows" loud stereo blaring over at the Courtyards of Valley View apartment complex.  How does FBPD miss these things?

April 11, 2013 -- Upstairs Stomper being Noisy

5:33 a.m., and the Upstairs Stomper insists on stomping and thumping around when I'm trying to go back to sleep.  What on earth did I do to upset the yahoo with his panties in a bind?  I went to go pee.  You'd think NORMAL APARTMENT NOISES would be okay, according to FBPD, but nooooo, not with the jerk upstairs.

Thursday, April 10, 2014

April 10, 2014 -- Another Loud Stereo

At 8:35 p.m., a dark-colored (maybe navy) four door sedan drove past with its stereo set to "rattle the windows".  The party in question was leaving London Square Apartments.

April 10, 2014 -- CPJ 4862

At 4:10 p.m., this individual pulled his Z66 Chevrolet Avalanche quad cab grey truck next to my building.  He had his stereo set to "rattle the windows".

FBPD, you need to have words with this male.

April 9, 2014 -- Too Much Stomping Overhead

At about 10:05 p.m. I came home.  Yes, I'm sorry.  I thumped the door into the toolbox a couple of times trying to get my gimped cart inside.  I didn't mean to thump.  There's NO BLOODY FREAKING REASON to stomp and thump in retaliation for an ACCIDENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good grief, I wound up tearing my cart up on the ride back home.  The 488 stopped suddenly, too suddenly for me to brace myself.  So I took a spill into the aisle, on top of my cart.  The handle is all kinds of messed up.  I'm too tired, and it's too late to attempt to fix it, and I have my doubts a hammer is going to be adequate to fix the gimped cart.  It's a wonder my body didn't suffer more than some abrasions to the knees.

So yes, I'm tired.  I'm cranky.  And my steadfast shopping companion is closer to a total loss.  So while I should have the "fuck it" beat and bang attitude present, that's not what I was doing.  I was simply trying to get the red gimp cart inside.  That's all.  So fuck you, Upstairs Stomper.  Choke on your fragging dog.

APril 9, 2014 -- Noisy Disturbance Rolls Past

11:18 a.m., and a Z66 Chevrolet, grey in color, quad cab, drove past my apartment with its stereo set to "vibrate the windows".  It had Texas plates.  The windows were rolled up, and tinted.

FBPD, you'd better get out there and find this puppy.  Let the driver know that loud music is not allowed.

Edit: I saw this vehicle's license plate today.  Texas plates: CPJ 4862.  There.  FBPD can't have an excuse not to keep an ear out for this driver.

April 7, 2014 -- Got Another Loud Stereo, this One from a Business

6:16 p.m., and a black Navigator from a business called "Elite Fleet" drove through the lot with its stereo blaring loud.  Looks like someone here at London Square Apartments plans on a party tonight.

Mr. Greer, tell FBPD to get out here NOW before the situation gets out of hand.

April 7, 2014 -- Where is FBPD?

6:01 p.m., and a grey quad cab with short bed drove through the London Square parking lot with stereo set to "rattle windows" loud.

FBPD had better rush into the area and look for it to catch them in the act.

April 7, 2014 -- Loud Stereo Thumping at Courtyards

At 5:23 p.m., someone pulled into the parking lot at Courtyards at Valley View Apartments.  It was really thumping loudly too.  But since there's a tall hedge between properties, I couldn't see which vehicle was the offender.

Mr. Greer, I've already said 4:30 p.m. or so is the prime time that FBPD should be doing regular patrols around these two complexes.  These two apartment complexes--London Square and Courtyards at Valley View--are both prone to ghetto behavior that will undoubtedly spill out into the "city".  If FBPD fails to curtail the loud music in public, then how long will it be before these gangsta wannabes and thugs decide to do something worse?  How long before FBPD has to literally station an officer at the different businesses just to curb theft?

April 7, 2014 -- Questionable Activity

At 4:55 p.m., I noticed a pack of gangsta wannabes having a little meeting in the building across the quad lawn.  And here I was thinking these ghetto types were cleared out of the area.  Bah.  So much for thinking positive.

April 7, 2014 -- Mr. Kia's Loud Stereo Outside

At 4:37 p.m., I witnessed the one I'm calling Mr. Kia driving through the parking lot with his stereo loud enough to be heard through rolled up windows.  This is a burgundy-colored (dark red) Kia with the word "Kia" and some other markings in black letters.  Even an FBPD cop can find this thing; it's a one-of-a-kind custom job Kia with Texas plates on it.  I don't happen to know the plate number, but I've witnessed this particular vehicle playing loud "music" frequently through the parking lot.

And as I predicted, about 4:30 p.m. is when the loud music crap started up, well, maybe a bit earlier, given that silver four door sedan with the gangsta wannabe group.

April 7, 2014 -- Another Noisy Stereo Outside

At 3:38 p.m., someone driving a 4 door silver sedan pulled in near my building here at London Square Apartments.  I didn't get a look at the license plate, but it several gangsta wannabe thugs got out of it.

Farmers Branch, TX is a "respectable town"?  Really?  What dope you be smoking, dude?  This place is going ghetto, and fast.

Momentary Sigh of Relief

It's 11:54 a.m., on April 7, 2014, and so far it's amazingly quiet.  The Upstairs Stomper isn't thumping, banging, stomping, or playing loud music/TV.  The Pantry Punishers are silent.  And there aren't any loud stereos outside (yet).  The last item probably won't get started until at least 2 p.m., but more likely after the area's kids get back from school around 4:30 - 5 p.m.

When kids get back from school is the optimal time for the cops to patrol the apartment complexes for noise violations.  At least that's what I've been noticing.  Easy money from citations by catching the loud stereos in the parking lots...

Well, we'll see if I'll be blogging some complaints today, or if I wind up being as silent as my surroundings.  Truth be told, I don't want to gripe.  But if something's upsetting my "apple cart," I'm going to blog about it.  And that leads to Mr. Greer being upset at FBPD, because you know he doesn't like being mentioned on the blog, nor does he want Farmers Branch to receive bad press, which is exactly what happens when FBPD allows this whole "city" to become a ghetto (through their inaction).

Sunday, April 6, 2014

April 6, 2014 -- More Boom, Boom, Boom

At 8:26 p.m., I saw a dark-colored older model four door sedan drive by with Texas plates (though I couldn't see the number).  Why it caught my attention was the loud stereo coming from it.

April 6, 2014 -- Boom, Boom, Boom Outside

At 7:30 p.m., someone showed up at London Square Apartments and played loud stereo for two minutes.  This is insane, FBPD.  I thought you yahoos took care of loud music!

Saturday, April 5, 2014

April 5, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers and Loud TV

It's now 9:55 p.m.  I first became aware of the Pantry Punishers' TV being loud for about an hour now.  It's almost curfew and their TV is still blaring.  I know that anyone walking along the breezeway past their apartment could hear noise.  I can sure hear it clear across the room.

FBPD, don't you think it's well past time you finally wrote the Pantry Punishers a citation or ten to get it through their thick heads that they shouldn't play their TV that loud?

April 5, 2014 -- Another Loud Stereo Outside

It's 8:17 p.m., and a white quad cab 4x4 pulled into a space near my building.  I couldn't get a look at the plates from my vantage point, but I don't think there are many white quad cab 4x4 trucks here at London Square Apartments.  So if FBPD can pull itself away from starching its shirts, MAYBE they can find the offender.

April 5, 2014 -- Outdoor Music Harasser at it Again

3:33 p.m., and the Outdoor Music Harasser drove past while rattling my windows with throbbingly-loud music.  I couldn't make out the Texas plates, but it was an older model four door white sedan that drove past.  If memory serves, a woman drives that particular vehicle, and she's got that "in the ghetto" attitude for certain.

April 5, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper's TV

At about 12:40 p.m., I noticed the Upstairs Stomper's TV playing.  Yes, it's loud enough to hear the occasional "boom" down here.  It's now 1:00 p.m.

Oh, and as an added bonus, the Upstairs Stomper is stomping and thumping around up there.

April 5, 2014 -- Ghetto Nosies

At 11:04 p.m., some jerk drove onto the London Square Apartments parking lot with the stereo turned up at "rattle the windows".  It feels like being beaten to death.

Friday, April 4, 2014

April 4, 2014 -- And Another Noisemaker

At 9:24 p.m., yet another twit played his stereo too loud.  This was while pulling into the London Square Apartments parking lot.

April 4, 2014 -- There Went Another One

At 8:06 p.m., yet another thundering fool rolled past the apartment here at London Square.

Nope.  FBPD can't possibly enforce state law, even though it's their sworn duty.

April 4, 2014 -- Mr. Greer, your Police are Worthless

At 7:50 p.m., I heard yet more noise coming from the Courtyards at Valley View complex.

You'd think the FBPD would be patrolling near here to catch the violators, but nooooo.  They can't possibly risk keeping those tidy little uniforms getting dirty.  Heaven forbid!  Tell me, how much did the taxpayers of Farmers Branch have to fork over for those uniforms for your fashion police to wear?

April 4, 2014 -- More Thundering Noise

At 7:28 p.m., I heard another vehicle going down Valley View Ln., and this time the bass was cranked up so loud that had it been driving in the parking lot, my windows would have vibrated.  That's how loud it was, and that's what a deplorable laughingstock Farmers Branch's police happen to be.  They can't even notice someone whose vehicle stereo is close to being a sonic boom.  Even the deaf would have FELT the vibrations from that wheeled noise machine.  But nooooooo.  FBPD can't hear it, and they can't feel it either.
They all need to be put on the meds I'm taking, since they can't function in reality themselves.

April 4, 2014 -- Boom, Boom, Boom Rolls Down Valley View Ln.

7:15 p.m., and someone's driving down Valley View Ln. with their stereo cranked up.

April 4, 2014 -- Another Loud Stereo

At 6:03 p.m., yet another loud stereo made itself known here at London Square Apartments.  I know, because moments after the vehicle parked, someone came to the quad lawn area talking loud.

April 4, 2014 -- Loud Stereo, Here We Go

At 5:32 p.m., someone drove past with the stereo turned up loud enough to be heard outside of the vehicle.  I don't think it was the Outdoor Music Harasser, but it was a loud stereo.

FBPD, this is taxing to the mentally ill woman's nervous system.  Do.  Something.

April 4, 2014 -- Lots of Loud Stereos

It's 5:02 p.m., and my tolerance for loud stereos going through the parking lots of both Courtyards at Valley View and here at London Square Apartments has finally reached its limit.  There must have been a minimum of a dozen instances of loud stereo today, but the reason I shrugged it off for so long was it wasn't "rattle the windows" loud.  Then there was the loud stereo I heard driving past last night at 11:45 p.m., well past curfew.

Oops.  5:04 p.m., and someone had their stereo set for "rattle the windows".

Thursday, April 3, 2014

April 3, 2014 -- Another Outdoor Music Harasser

At 2:40 p.m., another thundering fool came onto the London Square parking lot, playing a stereo loud enough to make your chest throb ominously from the vibrations.

And where's FBPD on this?  Apparently the musically-inclined harassers are increasing their noise levels and the number of times they do it.

What must I do, get the license plate numbers of the offenders and post them here?  Cripes.  I should just as well be paid for policing the area from my keyboard at this rate.

April 3, 2014 -- Outdoor Music Harasser is Back

2:32 p.m., and the Outdoor Music Harasser thundered his/her way into the parking lot of London Square Apartments.  I mean literally thundering so loud the windows shake.

Wednesday, April 2, 2014

April 2, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers with Loud TV

I'd say I first noticed the thumpa-thump-thump sound from the Pantry Punishers' TV at about 2:30 p.m.  It's now 2:48 p.m.  Given that I can hear it through the wall and that their TV doesn't sit far from the living room window, a cop would be able to hear the repetitive noise just by walking by.

April 2, 2014 -- Outdoor Music Harasser at it Again

At 11:32 a.m., the bozo with the loud stereo thundered into the parking lot at London Square Apartments.  The loud noise has been going on for at least a minute now.  You'd have to be completely deaf not to hear the thundering racket.  Not that it would matter if you were deaf, because the bass is turned up so loud your chest will wind up vibrating.  That's how loud this harasser is being.

Tuesday, April 1, 2014

April 1, 2014 -- Not an April Fool's Gag

At 4:04 p.m., there was a loud stereo announcing its presence in the area, most likely at Courtyards at Valley View Apartments.

I really do wish I were joking, but I'm more of the pun type of comedy, not the mean-spirited type of comedy prevalent on April Fool's Day.

Monday, March 31, 2014

March 31, 2014 -- Children Unsupervised

At 9:32 p.m., I heard children screaming and running outside. I looked outside and saw the children, but no adults.

Sunday, March 30, 2014

March 30, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Play Loud Music

At 7:12 p.m., blaring loud music started emanating from the Pantry Punisher's apartment.  If one of the cops were walking along the breezeway right now, the noise could be heard quite easily.

March 30, 2014 -- More Booming Stereo

It was 2:41 p.m. when I heard someone's stereo in the area going boom, boom, boom.  I'd say it was in the area of The Courtyards at Valley View, rather than here at London Square.  Still, if it's that far away, that's one really loud stereo.

March 30, 2014 -- Loud Stereo Outside Again

This is becoming monotonous.

It's 12:42 p.m. when I noticed someone coming into the parking lot with the stereo cranked up.  It was loud enough to make the windows vibrate like a drum's membranes.

Saturday, March 29, 2014

March 29, 2014 -- More Pantry Punisher Drumming

It's now 4:52 p.m.  I'm still trying to wash my dishes.  As I'm doing a normal activity that does generate some thumps and bumps, the Pantry Punishers continue their hating on the shared kitchen wall.

FYI, Mr. Greer, the "city's" officers SHOULD be smart enough to realize that I'm reacting to real noises.  I hear something, I react.  Now what are YOU going to have FBPD DO about this situation?

March 29, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Drumming on Wall

I was in the kitchen washing dishes.  At about 4:41 p.m., the Pantry Punishers started drumming on the wall.  Not a random bang here, thump there kind of thing.  It was a thumpity-thumpity-thumpity-thump rapid pounding on the shared wall between our kitchens.

I did tell them I'd blog about this, and as everyone can plainly see, I kept my word.

I now hear a male voice outside, said owner of said voice left the Pantry Punishers' apartment.

March 29, 2014 -- Loud Stereo Outside

At 3:28 p.m., someone pulled into the parking lot here at London Square Apartments near my building.  Said driver had his/her stereo blaring loud enough to shake the windows.

Edit: At 3:31 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper started stomping around upstairs.  Interesting how these two noisy events seem tied together.  But given that yesterday's loud stereo action was approaching harassment levels, and given the history of "bad blood" the Upstairs Stomper and I have, it wouldn't surprise me if the offending outside stereo belongs in the Upstairs Stomper's vehicle.

Friday, March 28, 2014

March 28, 2014 -- Here We Go Again

They fired up another stereo outside at 11:58 a.m.  This is bordering downright harassment, folks.

March 28, 2014 -- Just Finished Posting and...

I'd just gotten done posting a 11:56 a.m., when yet ANOTHER loud stereo rolled into the London Square Apartments parking lot.  This is pitiful, FBPD.

March 28, 2014 -- More Loud Music in the London Square Parking Lot

It was around 11:40 a.m., and someone drove into the London Square Apartments parking lot with their stereo cranked up loud enough to shake the windows.  You want to know what the loud noise was like?  It felt like physically being beaten with a lead pipe, that's how loud it was.

Since FBPD seems to have no clue about noise ordinances, allow me to "educate".  This was pulled from here: http://www.nonoise.org/lawlib/cities/dallas.htm

"SEC. 30-1. NOISES INTERFERING WITH ENJOYMENT OF PROPERTY OR PUBLIC PEACE AND COMFORT.
No person shall make or cause to be made any loud and raucous noise in the city which is offensive to the ordinary sensibilities of the inhabitants of the city, which noise renders the enjoyment of life or property uncomfortable or interferes with public peace and comfort. (Ord. 13744)"

You say, "Well that's Dallas, not Farmers Branch, TX"?  How about this from the State of Texas: http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/PE/htm/PE.42.htm

"TITLE 9. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER AND DECENCY

CHAPTER 42. DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND RELATED OFFENSES
Sec. 42.01. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. (a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly:
(5) makes unreasonable noise in a public place other than a sport shooting range, as defined by Section 250.001, Local Government Code, or in or near a private residence that he has no right to occupy;"
Someone operating his/her stereo to the point that it disturbs others is done intentionally and knowingly. No one on planet Earth plays their stereo in a parking lot so loud it rattles windows "accidentally".
Hence, FBPD should be going after these noisemakers, but they don't. State law, which they've claimed time and again that they enforce is ignored consistently.
So you see, Mr. Greer, "law enforcement" in this prot-ghetto of a "city" is a very sorry joke.

March 28, 2014 -- Loud Stereo Outside

At 10:53 a.m., someone drove slowly past my apartment; this person had the stereo turned up loud enough to rattle the windows.  It's thankfully stopped now, but that won't deter them from doing it again.  The only thing that would work is if they had received enough citations to make it too expensive to get caught doing it again.

Wednesday, March 26, 2014

March 26, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers and Questionable Activity

At 7:05 p.m., I became aware of a lot of talking and other activity (like screaming children) at the Pantry Punisher's apartment.  There may be loud TV also, but I'm pretty sure there are people talking and carrying on outside.

Tuesday, March 25, 2014

March 25, 2014 -- Much Loud Stereo Action Outside

Ever since 5:53 p.m., there have been loud stereos being blared in the parking lots both here at London Square Apartments and next door at The Courtyards at Valley View.

Pathetic law enforcement we have in Farmers Branch, TX, Mr. Greer.  If FBPD were really on patrol, they should have caught the racket-makers.  But then I know it's a load of crap, their bleatings about how they "will put a stop to loud music".  Let's face it, the city pays the police to drive around and do next to nothing...  except park in the no parking zone at the nearby Wal-mart for hours.

Sunday, March 23, 2014

March 23, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Violate Curfew

At 10:15 p.m., I noticed that the Pantry Punishers began to play their TV loud again.  I've been ignoring it, but it's grown louder now.

What's both sad and pathetic is that FBPD will read this but do nothing.

Mr. Greer, Farmers Branch City Manager, your "police force" is a pitiful joke.  You should reimburse taxpayers for the lack of service provided.
It's now 5:23 p.m. and the Farmers Branch FAIL COPS have still refused to do anything about the Pantry Punisher's loud music.  Remember, this all began around 4:15 p.m.  The lazy cops can't be bothered to take a 5-10 minute DRIVE to tell the Pantry Punishers to pipe down or it's ticket time; it's been over an hour.

Come on!  It's not like this is "accidental" music when it can be heard CLEAR ACROSS THE APARTMENT for OVER AN HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!

Did I not say that FBPD would refuse to do anything yet again?  It's just as I predicted.

And where's the city manager, Mr. Greer?  Apparently his talking to the police chief is meaningless.  So much for management.  I think Mr. Greer needs to personally oversee the function of the cops.  Crack the whip and make them worth the taxpayer's money.

March 23, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Increase Volume

It's 4:46 p.m., and the noise coming from the Pantry Punishers' apartment is even louder than before.  I'm sitting far from the shared wall, and I can distinctly make out the guitar sounds.

Now keep in mind that this disturbance began around 4:15 p.m.  Even if a cop were WALKING here, he/she should have gotten here and written a ticket.  But nooooo...  The gas-wasters can't possibly get over here and do ANYTHING.  It's not like there's something big and important for them to do today, no traffic accidents, no big busts, nothing.

I've been telling you for a year that FBPD apparently WANTS Farmers Branch, TX to become a ghetto.  They want YOUR PROPERTY TAXES, but refuse to provide *YOU* with *SERVICE*.  They'll treat you just like they've treated me; they'll get in your face and BRAG about how good they have it with their fancy houses that YOU FUND OUT OF YOUR POCKET.  And what do they do for it?  Well, they sure can't be bothered with doing something as simple as writing citations for violating anti-noise laws.  And you'd think that would be easy money, that it should be safer than say, a home invasion situation.

March 23, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers with Loud Music

At 4:13 p.m., I noticed that loud music was emanating from the Pantry Punisher's apartment, from their living room area.  I approached the shared wall and it grew louder due to being closer to the noise.

Just watch.  The FBPD cops that read this blog will refuse to do anything about it.  Again.  And I'll get to tell the world "I told you so" when that happens.

NOTE: It's now 4:27 p.m.  There's already been 3 hits, and plenty of time for a cop to go over to the Pantry Punishers and write a citation for disturbing the peace.  The loud music is still present.  If a cop went anywhere near the front door, it would be easy to hear the racket.  I can hear it about 2 yards away from the shared wall, loud and clear.

*clears throat*  I predicted that FBPD would fail to do anything.  Let's see just how long the Pantry Punishers will make racket today.

Tuesday, March 18, 2014

As I Thought

Well, the racket the Upstairs Stomper engaged in on March 17, 2014 never abated, not even past curfew.

It was just as I predicted: FBPD wasn't about to stop the noise, nor were they willing to go write a citation for the noise violation.  They expect the apartment complex to do things for them, wah wah babies in uniform.  How "nice" that Farmers Branch, TX taxpayers have such incompetent, lazy officers to "protect" them from the ghetto-ification of the "city".  The cops would rather ALLOW the "city" to turn into another ring of Hell.  Anything to keep you, the taxpayer, funding their fancy houses they love to brag about--without them having to do that activity called WORK.

And how "wonderful" it is that Mr. Greer's "efforts" are "rewarded" in "managing" the "city".  More like mis-managed.  If he is doing anything with regards to the handling of the police, he needs to work harder at it.

And when I say "work harder," I mean make the cops do their freaking jobs.  I do NOT mean go bully the apartment manager for violating ordinances that are likely grandfathered in.

The tenants at the complex should have to obey the law as I do.  Remember the little "take Mia away to the looney bin" bit, FBPD?  That thing you bozos did to ME back at the end of September?  I remember.  You want me to obey the law, so make everyone else at the complex and surrounding area obey too.

If you're not going to hold others to the law, then you need to apologize for what you did to me back in September/October 2013.  Why?  Because you won't uphold the law with respect to other residents.  You let them run wild and you do diddly squat.

Farmers Branch, it's time to demand that the cops enforce the law equally, or not at all.  And if they won't enforce the law at all, they need to be fired, and taxes need to stop being collected for the lack of the service.

March 17, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper gets even Louder

At 6:54 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper cranked up the music even louder.  The incompetent and lazy FBPD could hear it just by walking around on the landing, but they couldn't catch a cold, let alone find the noisemakers and write them citations.

NOTE: It's now 7:19 p.m., and the noise pollution continues.

March 17, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper Cranks it Up

At 6:29 p.m., I noticed that the Upstairs Stomper has his stereo turned up.  I can hear it coming down into my apartment anyway.

Just you wait and see.  FBPD, with individual officers consistently stating they read this blog, will completely FAIL to do anything about the loud stereo.  Even though this post constitutes a report of what's going on.

March 17, 2014 -- Greetings from Music Hell

5:08 p.m., and my windows are being rattled again by loud stereo action rolling into the London Square Apartments parking lot.

It thankfully didn't last long, but it shouldn't be happening anyway if FBPD was doing their freaking JOBS and enforcing STATE LAW with regards to noises such as loud stereos.

Friday, March 14, 2014

May 14, 2014 -- Windows being Rattled

At 7:02 p.m., it was difficult not to hear the vehicle stereo blaring out in the parking lot.  It's been that way for at least a minute.  And yes, it's loud enough to make the windows vibrate.

Monday, March 10, 2014

March 10, 2014 -- More Boom, Boom, Boom

At 4:35 p.m., another loud stereo went past my window.

Gee, and the FBPD cops swore that they handle loud music.  I sure don't see them doing squat today.

March 10, 2014 -- Boom, Boom, Boom

At 4:18 p.m., I noticed someone playing their vehicle stereo loud in the London Square Apartment's parking lot.  I believe the party is being fired up right now as I type this.

Pity the FBPD is too unprofessional to handle it though.

March 7, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper gets in on the Loud TV Action

It's now 8:15 p.m.  I'd heard the loud TV going as early as 8:08 p.m.  It took me this amount of time to pinpoint the source.  I can hear the noise coming from upstairs, in the bedroom region is where I hear it best.  And who lives above me?  The Upstairs Stomper.

You just know that the FBPD wouldn't hear anything even if they were super glued to the electronics up there.

March 7, 2014 -- Leash Law Violation

At 7:48 p.m., I was just coming home and I saw a chihuahua wandering the quad lawn without a leash or an owner.

March 6, 2014 -- Pantry Punisher's Harassment Continues

It's now 9:12 p.m., and the Pantry Punishers are still blaring their TV.

Come on already!  I'm not sitting right next to the wall here.  I'm in the little dining nook, as far from their apartment as possible, and I can still hear the TV making whooping noises!

FBPD: the laziest, richest, most useless excuse for a police department anywhere on Earth!

March 6, 2014 -- More Pantry Punisher Noise

At 8:55 p.m., the Pantry Punishers turned up their TV again.

Seriously, how many blog posts does it take before FBPD takes it seriously?  If I can hear their TV through the wall, it's too freaking LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

March 6, 2014 -- FBPD Belongs to Satan

It's 7:00 p.m., and the Pantry Punisher's TV is still going. There's also a lot of activity right outside.

And of course, since the FBPD wants to stick pitchforks into my keister via the Pantry Punishers, they have to work for the Devil.  There's no other explanation for such lousy police work and flaunting their houses that they get by NOT doing the jobs entrusted to them.

Now if it were you or I, we'd be FIRED for doing such lousy jobs as FBPD.  But not them.  They're not the least bit worried that Mr. Greer, the city manager, would chew out the Chief of Police.

March 6, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers at it Again

At 6:35 p.m., the Pantry Punishers turned on their loud TV.  Again.  For the upteenth night in a row.

And of course FBPD, whom I swear are probably demons sent by Satan, are determined to let these thoughtless, inhumane neighbors have their way with disturbing my peace.

I don't know where Farmers Branch got their cops (unless it's straight from Hell), but where I came from, it was illegal to disturb the peace like what the Pantry Punishers are being allowed to do every stinking night.

March 5, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers and their TV

It's 8:51 p.m. and I realized a few minutes ago that the Pantry Punishers have their TV turned up.

You know what?  I'd just gotten back from the hospital.  My family member doesn't seem to be doing well.  I don't need the thoughtlessness of the alleged neighbors around me right now.

Hey, FBPD?  Why won't you come over here and ask the Pantry Punishers to have a little consideration for someone that's hurting right now?!?  Don't you have an ounce of humanity in any of you?

March 5, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper's Turn for Loud TV

At 10:14 a.m., I noticed loud TV sounds coming from upstairs.  It's now 10:25 a.m. as I post this, so it's been blaring long enough.

Monday, March 3, 2014

March 3, 2014 -- More Blaring TV

It's 10:01 p.m., and I swear the Pantry Punishers' TV has grown even louder.

Goes to show that FBPD is made of fail, yet again.  They read this blog, but they sit around twiddling their collective thumbs.

March 3, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers -- Yep, it's the TV Again

It's now 9:17 p.m., a couple of minutes after I initially heard the Pantry Punishers' TV blaring away AGAIN.  Can't ignore it, no matter how hard I try not to pay attention.

You know, I've got troubling concerns in my real life, with a beloved family member in the hospital.

I don't need FBPD being the Fail Patrol with regards to state law.  The Pantry Punishers should have been set straight WEEKS AGO.  Start writing them citations.  When they're forced to pay enough fines, they'll decide to either pipe down or move.

I've already had the Upstairs Stomper thumping and bumping like mad over my head.  And as I've stated in previous posts, the family above me are NOT heavyset, but they sure do act like they have lead for feet.  I've also stated that one as heavyset as I am can manage to walk rather quietly on the breezeway.  So do you mind telling me how Madame Fatty can be QUIET walking upstairs whereas the skinny tribe boom about like stampeding elephants?

FBPD, do something for a change.  Stop ignoring the problems.

March 2, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper getting Noisy

At 4:28 p.m., I noticed that the Upstairs Stomper was...  well...  stomping.  Before, it had been their dog romping around.  I can hear it barking right now.

I'll tell you this much, with weather like this, it must suck to have to walk a dog.

March 2, 2014 -- No Adult Supervision

1:18 p.m., and I noticed a child screaming and carrying on.  Looked outside, and the child is running around loose without an adult keeping an eye on the little one.

On the plus side, she was dressed for the weather.

1:20 p.m., and the child's shrieks continue.

March 2, 2014 -- Here we go Again

It was 9:54 a.m. when I realized that the Pantry Punishers have their TV blaring again.

March 2, 2014 -- Here we go Again

Saturday, March 1, 2014

March 1, 2014 -- Wild Party

At 9:55 p.m., I noticed that there's some people whooping it up outside in the parking lot here at London Square Apartments.  I know what "woo!" and laughing mean--drunken party getting cranked up.

Gee, and FBPD is nowhere to be found.

February 28, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers and their Loud TV Again

At 8:45 p.m., I noticed that the Pantry Punishers had their TV turned up again, loud enough that I can hear it through the wall.  It's 8:48 p.m. as I post this, and I can still hear the TV talk.

February 28, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper's Noise

8:20 p.m., and the Upstairs Stomper is beating and banging.  Been going on for the past minute.

February 28, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers' Activity

At around 7:25 p.m., I noticed a lot of activity next door around the Pantry Punishers' apartment.  Lots of door slamming and loud talking.  Much carrying on, which is unusual activity for them.

February 28, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper's Loud Music

At 5:10 p.m., I noticed that loud music was emanating from upstairs--from the Upstairs Stomper's apartment.

Thursday, February 27, 2014

February 27, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper doing Overtime

The Upstairs Stomper started making a lot of thumping and banging noises around 7:45 p.m., and it lasted almost 15 minutes.  Whatever is going on up there, it's very, very active.  But it does not sound like "act of dog".  It sounds like one or more humans thundering away.

February 27, 2014 -- Noises from Pantry Punishers' Bathroom

At 2:40 p.m., my kitten noticed a noise.  I didn't think much of it until I realized it's coming from the bathroom.  It's not in my apartment; it's coming from the Pantry Punishers' bathroom.  One of their children is fond of pounding on the wall now.

It's not a constant noise, yet.  But when neighbors' kids start bothering their neighbors, it's only a matter of time before it gets worse.

Oh, and FBPD?  Since my kitten heard the sound, it's obvious that I'm not "hearing things that aren't there".  The sounds are real, since they were observed by another living being.  Which means the noises are real.  And since they're real, they're punishable by law.

February 24, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Obsessed with Loud TV

I heard the Pantry Punishers' TV blaring loud again at 10:03 p.m.  It's past curfew, and they're not supposed to be playing the TV loud at this time of night, but they don't care, nor does FBPD.

February 24, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers and their TV

It was around 12:25 p.m. when the Pantry Punishers turned their TV up loud again.

What, are they having problems keeping the children from banging the pantry doors?  You know, I don't see the "fun" in banging a door.  Yes, it swings in and out.  La-de-freaking-da.  I had more interesting things to do when I was that age, like make "mud pies" and "mud brownies".  Or go swing on a swing.

Sure it's just a bit nippy, but we have a park just down the alley a short distance.  Take the kids out there to play.  Good grief.

Oh well.  I guess I ought to "beat and bang" by way of doing dishes.  The washing dishes would be a deliberate act, the beating and banging not so much.  It's just something that happens when doing that particular chore.

February 24, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers and their TV Again

At 9:35 a.m., I got up to the sound of the Pantry Punishers' TV blaring through the wall again.

And why hasn't FBPD done anything about it?  They read the blog.  They know where I am, where the Pantry Punishers live.  I reported neighbors' loud noises last night and nothing was done.

Sunday, February 23, 2014

February 23, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers and their Loud TV

At 9:55, I realized that the Pantry Punishers have their TV blaring again.  It's now past curfew, and it's still going.

February 23, 2014 -- Quiet Neighbors Playing Loud Music

At 7:25 p.m., I began to notice loud music being played, and I've since determined it's coming from the apartment where the quiet neighbors live.  The quiet neighbors live in the same apartment that the Banging Brood called home.

I find it rather odd that the quiet neighbors are playing loud music.  They're usually so silent that I don't hear a peep from them.

The loud music isn't coming from the Upstairs Stomper, nor from the Pantry Punishers.  I've ruled those out.

February 19, 2014 -- Shocking Discovery

At 9:57 a.m., I was walking through the parking lot near DoubleTree.  On the ground (in a crack in the pavement), I saw a busted syringe.

Hmm...  And the cops once told me they take reports of drugs in Farmers Branch, TX seriously.

(sarcasm) Uh huh.  Riiiiiiight.

Tuesday, February 18, 2014

February 18, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers Blare their TV Again

At 8:43 p.m., I could hear the Pantry Punishers' TV blasting away.

You know, for a family that sits so darned close to the TV to cause eye strain, you'd think they could hear it just fine WITHOUT it being loud enough for me to hear.  How do I know this?  I was able to glance into their living room yesterday when I was doing a chore.  The whole family sits no more than 3 ft. from the TV.

Maybe that's why the apartment manager's attempts to rectify the situation fell on deaf ears.  They've lost their hearing.  Funny, I don't think they had much problem listening to an Amway spiel a couple of weeks ago...

February 18, 2014 -- There went Another Rolling Racket

At 7 p.m., another vehicle with its stereo cranked up to "rattle the windows" went rolling on by.

Gee, ever get the feeling FBPD couldn't catch a cold even if they paid the CDC for one?

February 18, 2014 -- Boom, Boom, Boom-sha-boom

At 5:26 p.m., someone came into the London Square Apartment's parking lot, rattling my windows again.

Gee, with all the squad cars prowling the neighborhood today, you'd think it would have been caught.  Proves to me that the cops are flat out lying when they say they, "do something about loud music".

Monday, February 17, 2014

February 17, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers' Loud TV Obsession

At 8:00 p.m., I noticed that the Pantry Punishers have their TV blaring again.

FBPD, I know you can read this.  But I also know you're too busy dressing up for the fashion show to even bother with a blaring TV.

February 17, 2014 -- Three more Instances of Rolling Racket

There was yet more obnoxiously loud stereo action going on at three separate times this evening: 6:18 p.m., 7:54 p.m., and 7:57 p.m.

This is what FBPD calls "We take noise complaints seriously and we put a stop to them"?

February 17, 2014 -- Rolling Racket Again

At 5 p.m., I heard someone with a really loud stereo going "boom, boom, boom" down the road.  You can tell the cops are off elsewhere (maybe Addison, doing who knows what, since they're supposed to serve Farmers Branch) instead of taking care of that noisy nuisance.

If that vehicle had gotten any closer to my apartment, the windows would have rattled.  That's how loud it was.  But I bet FBPD couldn't hear it even if they were riding with the driver.

February 17, 2014 -- Pantry Punishers are at it

At 12:05 p.m., I could distinctly hear the Pantry Punishers' loud TV playing when I stood near their front door.  If you can hear it through a closed door, it's too loud, and imagine how it is when I'm inside my apartment.

It's currently 12:13 p.m. as I type this entry, and the loud TV is still playing.

I've tried reporting the Pantry Punishers to the apartment complex for the loud TV.  I'm thinking that set of neighbors isn't getting a clue.  And you know flipping well calling the cops would be pointless.  They're fond of telling me what they do, but they don't actually DO IT.

That's what it means to provide SERVICES!  You have to actually DO the thing you CLAIM YOU DO!

Sunday, February 16, 2014

February 16, 2014 -- No Parental Supervision

At 7:18 p.m., I observed a child running around outside without adult supervision.

While I have nothing against children playing outside, a parent should be keeping an eye on the wee ones.  Especially now that it's getting dark outside.

February 16, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper's Lull Ended

At 2:58 p.m., the Upstairs Stomper started playing loud music again.

You'd think since I know for a FACT FBPD reads these blog posts, that they would send someone out here to write the Upstairs Stomper a citation.  But noooooooo...  They have more important things to do, like look at their reflections in their shoes.

February 16, 2014 -- Upstairs Stomper's Sunday Music

I'd just returned home at 2:33 p.m. from running errands.  The Upstairs Stomper had his music cranked up, boom-boom-booming right over my bed.

Thankfully it's stopped since then, but to any cops reading this, I know it's just a lull.  He's going to start his flipping racket again later.  He normally does.

Yo! "City" of Farmers Branch and Mr. Greer!

I posted this little item "January 31, 2013 -- Enjoy, FBPD" a few weeks ago.

Mr. Greer, for the record, I never made my apartment number publicly available with my full legal name.  Those are details your police department and maybe only two other people on this PLANET know.

But that was the blasted EXCUSE your very unprofessional do-nothings-in-uniform gave.

Now why am I so upset that YOUR POLICE FAILED to take appropriate action?  This news item: "Pennsylvania 'Craigslist killer' claims to have slayed dozens more as part of satanic cult: report"

When I showed one of "Farmers Branch's 'finest'" PROOF of stalking and harassment, his response was, "Just block it and it'll go away".

It's on freaking GOOGLE for ANYONE to pull up now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know what, Mr. Greer?  Should I be found dead in a ditch, you'd better pray to God Almighty that the 100+ family members I have don't sue Farmers Branch, TX and FBPD for gross criminal negligence and wrongful death that could have been prevented!  I also hope that if I'm found murdered that the Texas Rangers investigate, so that YOUR POLICE DEPARTMENT doesn't sweep it under the rug like EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feburary 14, 2014 -- Valentine's Day Racket

"We take care of loud music," says FBPD.

My BUTT you do!

I was having some extreme insomnia over an unrelated issue and heard the boom, boom, booming stereos rolling past at 4. FREAKING.  A.  BLOODY.  M!  It's been going on off and on ALL.  DAY.  LONG!

Maybe the cops have selective hearing.  Dare I go anywhere near how they probably "handle" their significant others in the listening department?  Oops.  I just dared.

When I moved into London Square Apartments back in 2007, that kind of public disturbance and nuisance noise was NOWHERE.  PRESENT.

But hey, the over-paid FBPD want London Square to provide its own security (that should be painfully obvious) so the cops can preside over donut chasing.  All the while that they're chasing donuts, they're dreaming of Hawaii on YOUR.  DOLLAR.

I hope ya'll like paying for their kids to go to Harvard too.

February 12, 2014 -- Pitiful, FBPD

Yesterday at 4:47 p.m., I was forced to call FBPD about a loud stereo in one of the parking lots.  Well, it didn't help.  Later last night and early this morning, people had their stereos going "boom, boom, boom" and rattling my windows.

Now I was reading an interesting tidbit on an official Texas law enforcement site regarding suspected discrimination.  The advice from TCLEOSE was pretty simple: go to the FBI.

Gee, I can just imagine the FBI asking FBPD and the "City" of Farmers Branch why in the blazes I'm coming to them about noise complaints?  What if they went to Goggle and saw this blog?  Wouldn't it be rather uncomfortable and inconvenient to explain why you mishandle a situation because the victim in this case has a mental disorder?

You know, I was taught repeatedly that if something goes to court, it's going to be Average Joe Person's understanding of things in a jury trial.  And well, the Average Joes I speak with out there all tell me pretty much the same thing: the cops should have done something about the Banging Brood, the Pantry Punishers, the Upstairs Stomper, and all the other stuff long ago.

Law enforcement shouldn't be up to the complex.  That's why taxpayers pay for cops.  And so far, Farmers Branch is being fleeced blind by the misconduct of its officers.

Did you know FBPD has been bullying the apartment complex manager about pets she has her house?  She asked the city about the pets, and they okayed it--three years ago.  If city ordinances have changed, too bad.  There's a little thing called a "grandfather clause".  If said pets were permitted three years ago, the owner can't be forced to give them up now just because the ordinances changed.

Why in the crap is Farmers Branch, TX so...  ILLEGAL?  Oh.  Wait.  It's going ghetto.  I can hear it rattling the windows just going down the road right now.

January 31, 2013 -- Enjoy, FBPD

Since FBPD wouldn't give my complaint about a situation any merit (it risks not only my safety, but the other dwellers near me) I've taken the matter to the FBI.

Too bad.  Stopping the culprit would have merited something newsworthy.  Now it's being handed over to the FBI.

I refuse to wind up dead in a ditch just to satisfy the lazy good-for-nothing FBPD.

There's been too much activity this past week after the event that one of FBPD's officers witnessed.  They know what I'm talking about.

I'm seriously thinking of a very unflattering Letter to the Editor of The Dallas Morning News as well.

January 26, 2013 -- Upstairs Stomper's Loud Music

Here we go again.  At 10:30 a.m., the Upstairs Stomper is playing loud music, like he always does every freaking Sunday.  It was still playing an hour later when I left.

Sunday, January 12, 2014

January 12, 2013 -- Curious Activity

From 1:28 p.m. until 1:38 p.m., I must have seen four to five squad cars all "hovering" around the London Square Apartment area.  One even turned onto the complex lot.  The other cruisers were headed toward the police station area.  But there was so much cop activity that I couldn't help but wonder what was going on.  I haven't seen this much FBPD activity since the breast cancer walk last year.  But Brookhaven doesn't have any activities like that going on at the moment.

How Farmers Branch, TX is Very Short-Sighted

I've been posting about the ghetto-ification of Farmers Branch, TX since August 2013.  The "city" still continues to have a precarious standing to this day.

Now why do I say Farmers Branch, TX is short-sighted?  Well, since my beef has encompassed the waste of money police department and the so-called local government, those are the ones that are being short-sighted, and here's why.  They forget that these blog posts wind up on Google.

So anyone doing a search on "corrupt cops" will likely find these blog posts about Farmers Branch, TX.  If they look up "corrupt government," the posts will appear in search results.  Even if it's something more innocuous, like "buying a home in Farmers Branch, TX", prospective buyers would see these posts and may decide NOT to become a part of the Farmers Branch tax rolls, knowing that the local police and the city allow an increase in crime and a decrease in property values.  I suppose the FBPD would be thrilled if someone looked up "apartments in Farmers Branch, TX" and opted NOT to rent an apartment at, say, Prairie Crossing, since that high-end complex is a part of Farmers Branch, TX.  Goodness knows FBPD picks and chooses who gets curb-stomped and who is allowed to do whatever.

(Like the feud I was having with the Banging Brood next door before they moved.  The FBPD discriminated against me by refusing to punish the Banging Brood, but carting me off to the hospital because I'm mentally disabled and childless by abstinence.)

Those are other ways Farmers Branch, TX is short-sighted.  When someone googles "discrimination" or "civil rights violation", blog posts appear.

They say "money talks".  Well, money can also walk.  And it'll be walking away from Farmers Branch, TX, thanks to this blog.

As I was telling a woman a few nights ago, if I somehow won the lottery, I'd be hanged before purchasing a home anywhere within Farmers Branch, TX boundaries.  They did me wrong, and the odds are pretty good you'll get similar treatment, especially if you rent.  I'll be damned if I'm giving my tax money for this pack of good-for-nothings.
