At around 5 p.m., I saw a young couple sitting on the stairs on the far end of my building. Though there isn't anything illegal about showing romantic affections, it should be in a private place, given the intensity present. It wouldn't have taken much for those two to become more touchy feel-y, and we're talking about this happening when kids are still going in and out of the other apartments.
This same couple had moved to the stairs closer to my apartment at 5:30 p.m. and had been joined by another young lady.
