At 1:11 p.m., the Banging Brood next door started up with the banging again. Wait a second! 1:11 p.m... Kids are supposed to be going to school, right? Well, not with the Banging Brood, or at least, not with one school-aged girl being escorted home by the eldest sibling. And August 27th was just the second day of school here in Texas.
I saw the little girl in question at 9:30 a.m. She looked perfectly healthy. She was certainly healthy enough to punch, kick, and what almost sounded like body slam the wall repeatedly.
Since I knew the complex manager wasn't going to be there, since it was her lunch break, I wrote a note and taped it to the office door. But just in case the note wasn't received (no guarantee it wouldn't be snatched off the door), I wrote the company that owns this property. They're known as Wells Asset Management.
There's a thing or two I've learned about the people that live here. They love to violate codes and laws when there's no way to report the violations to the complex manager. So you're stuck calling the useless FBPD.
