Last night, I spoke with another London Square resident. He confirms the litter, the loud music, and confrontations with horn honkers. He said he's lived there for ten years, and that London Square has always had the ghetto element. He mentioned one man that used to live there; the former tenant wound up going to prison for too many DWIs.
Funny, the complex seemed more family-friendly before 2012. Oh, I do remember the people working on their vehicles in the parking lots. To me, that's not quite as bad as the other things I've covered.
