Today I spoke with another resident of London Square Apartments. He too is aware of the drugs and other crimes at both our and the next door complex. So even London Square looks nice-ish on the outside, the casual observer isn't going to see the resident drug addicts. It's just like with Officer Snark and his belief that the Banging Brood are making "normal apartment living" noises. He doesn't live there next to those noisy little monsters. None of the cops see the problems through casual observation.
I wonder how FBPD justifies traffic stops if they're all so lackadaisical regarding law enforcement? Maybe the whole police department needs to be shut down and Dallas needs to run the Farmers Branch crime fighting from now on.

I swear they need to just send in drug dogs into every apartment. That way, it doesn't look like anyone squealed on anyone, no one can claim discrimination, etc. I'd let them in willingly.
But don't expect FBPD to enforce jack doodly. They wouldn't notice a carjacking if it was their own squad car. Welcome to your Farmers Branch ghetto. Here's the standard issue welcome mat, made of marijuana. Now don't smoke it all in one shot.
