Let's just See.

Just a few minutes ago (this is on October 12, 2013 at about 6:10 p.m.) I took the first step and contacted a civil liberties attorney.  With any luck, she'll want more information and we can get the "ball rolling" with regards to this intimidation game the FBPD wants to play with me.

Why a civil liberties attorney?  Let's see...  When they took me in Monday morning, on September 31, 2013, they effectively kept me from blogging.  And blogging is protected under the First Amendment.  They confiscated my baseball bat, even though they were taking me to the hospital, not to jail.  Unlawful seizure and a violation of the Second Amendment.  They discriminate against childless women that are so due to celibacy and they discriminate against the mentally disabled.  They allow harassment and place my mental, emotional, and even physical health at stake.  FBPD has also harmed me in other ways: I missed an appointment with the Adapt Mobile Unit to help with my mental health on an outpatient basis, AND I missed an appointment with the Disability Action Center (to try and get on disability, based on my mental health).  They put the lives of my kitties on the line for their precious headlines and caused me undue stress for fear of my cats dying of dehydration and the potential loss of my home.  I was also shipped away to another hospital outside of "familiar surroundings".

But on the plus side, there's the testimony of numerous councelors, doctors, and other mental health professionals that interacted with me.  Then there's the unbiased videos of me being a good girl and not causing trouble for anyone.  There are also the friends I've known for many years, one of which has Department of Homeland Security clearance.

So let's just see what happens.
