I returned to my home at 5:40ish today. It didn't take long for the left, right, and upstairs neighbors to begin their beating and banging.
So I'm suing all of them.
And the City of Farmers Branch.
And the Farmers Branch Police Department.
On what grounds? Well, for violating my basic human rights. I have a right to sanity. I have a right to my "personal space" being safe and not have noises deliberately trespassing in my space out of retaliation.
I have also been discriminated against. First, the Banging Brood have kids. I'm a childless woman that abstains from sex, therefore no children. Second, the cops deliberately chose to discriminate against the mentally ill. And they did NOTHING to take the other neighbors away, only me. And by the way, since I was in the hospital, I couldn't blog. Know why? No computers there and no computers allowed there. So the cops knowingly and willingly violated my First Amendment rights by locking me up like that.
They believe a documented liar. She lied on her application. Think it's all to the apartment manager to do something? Not really. London Square Apartments is STILL a part of Texas. And Texas is STILL a part of the United States. Therefore, I STILL have basic human rights that are being violated, and it's been going on since July 2, 2013.
The cops confiscated my baseball bat. They have my gun too. So the jerks are determined to let the break-in person come in and do horrible things to me, because I'm now rendered defenseless. This is unconscionable. They took me away on October 30, 2013, and I was checked in around 1:30 a.m.
They even essentially threatened the lives of my two cats. I live alone with them. So what happens if their ONLY CAREGIVER is taken to the hospital? That's unnecessary duress.
And guess what else? One of the cops admitted that apartment complexes are their "own little countries that don't have to be held to state or Federal law". They also knew that I was highly agitated. They made no attempt whatsoever to try talking to me like a human being to get me to calm down. All three of them agitated me further by laughing at a very serious comment I'd made.
Oh sure. "When pigs fly" is sooooo hilarious when you feel you must stand guard over your HOME because you can't count on the cops for anything. Frankly, I've never referred to the cops as "pigs". And you don't continue to make a bad situation worse like that.
Like I said, the Farmers Branch fashion models, err, police, are unprofessional.
No, my only recourse is to sue. It's all a matter of finding a good civil rights lawyer. There's plenty of documentation.
That's one of the good things that I learned at the hospital today. That it's vital to have the time and date of an incident recorded. Guess what? The blog counts. So do the pictures of those fingerprints that the cops failed to collect, even though their Chief of "Police" knew about them all day long on September 27, 2013.
