At 8:41 p.m., the Yo Bro Pack that lives in the Gunner Family's apartment were hanging around outside and talking way too loud. They were so loud with their voices and music that another resident came out and told them to pipe down. They got belligerent with him, and with me too. They went inside when I came out with my notebook though, to take notes for my blog.
I could see the unmistakable glow of something. Could have been cigarettes. But I'm not sure you're supposed to smoke inside the apartments.
Then from 9:06 to 9:20 p.m., the Yo Bro Pack were outside, and I could tell that they were holding something beverage-like. Given their belligerence, I'd say they were well on their way to being plastered.
Now here's something of interest, especially to "law enforcement" or government types that deal with children. The Gunner Family have a toddler. And that youngster was crying and carrying on, because the wee one wasn't getting attention from "Daddy". So the youngling's needs were being neglected.
And here's another nugget.
On September 15, 2013, around 2 p.m., I was sitting outside. I saw Mr. and Ms. Gunner come home with their toddler. Mr. Gunner held the youngster over the second story railing. Now, had Mr. Gunner's grip given way, the toddler would have plunged headfirst into the holly bushes below.
Isn't that reckless child endangerment or something?
And where's CPS on this? They're nowhere. I told them that the children at London Square Apartments were in danger here, but they didn't listen. How "nice" that the government want the little ones to die in an area turning ghetto.
