At around 8:30 p.m. last night, I believe I heard a large dog upstairs (where the Upstairs Stomper lives). I heard some soft barks and some running consistent with a four-legged mammal.
Now it's true that London Square Apartments has a rule that says you can't have a pet larger than 30 lbs. The cops would be correct that having a dog larger than that weight limit would fall under the apartment manager's authority. But not all of the sounds can be explained by "act of dog" up there. And believe me, I've seen some dogs at the complex that a toddler would try riding like a pony.
