This will be a long one.
At 1:21 a.m. and from 1:55 a.m. - 2:05 a.m., the Banging Brood bounced their ball. The good news (I guess), is that acid reflux had me awake already. Unfortunately, it sent me into a coughing fit, which the brats next door responded to with thumping. And for the record, I wasn't just bombarded by sound, but I also felt vibrations from the shared wall. And they came directly at me.
By the way, in case you're wondering, acid reflux doesn't generally trouble me.
But the Banging Brood should NOT be retaliating for my suffering from coughing. No, they should be in bed, asleep, as Mr. Pills would no doubt tell you they were doing at the time. Bull.
You know, I remember a time when the CPS would get involved when kids are acting out like this. "Acting out" used to be an indication that something was way wrong at home. But do the cops care? Does the CPS care? Nope.
The bloody government types are looking for a "terrorist" for a load of horseshit schtick.
Please. I'm a "terrorist" to food. I'm a "terrorist" to coffee. I'm a "terrorist" to paper and glue. But what I told the doctor at the hospital is still true. I do not want to harm others or myself. But I want to be able to defend myself, as is my right as a Texan and an American Citizen!

3:10 a.m. and 3:43 a.m., and the creatures next door still beat and bang. Get it yet, Mr. Pills? They've been LYING to you the whole time!
Now from 12:40 p.m. to 12:47 p.m., I have my back to the wall, and it's directly being bombarded by the vibrations from the tennis ball.
I had this interaction with the Banging Brood:
I had removed the screen from my window so I could clean both sides. If the yahoo that's tried breaking in does so again, I should hopefully have workable prints for them to finally lift.
As I was working, I was making some noise of my own. Kind of hard to not make noise when you're cleaning a window. While I was doing so, the "children" next door insisted on thumping and banging in response.
Now if a kid is healthy enough to bounce a tennis ball, shouldn't said child be in school?
I yelled out to them, "I'm cleaning my windows!" (bang, thump was their response)
Then I yelled, "Do you have a problem with me doing household chores?" (their response was bang, thump, thumpity-thump)
Finally, I yelled, "Do you want me to come over there again?" (no response)
For your information, Mr. Pills, I couldn't go over there armed if I wanted to. You idiots have my only means of self-protection. Plus, I don't need to do anything more than scowl unarmed.
Now just a short period of quiet existed, and then they started banging again. So I yelled, "I guess you do want me to come over there. Maybe I should do so with CPS." They moved into another room in their apartment, thumped one more time, and were finally quiet for a while.
Sound like "terroristic threats" to you, Idiot-squad? Also, does it sound like those little brats you favor are "oh so innocent" of wrongdoing?
They retaliated for noises I made, but these noises were inescapable, since the window needed cleaning. But you know what, Mr. Pills? Those little brats you hold so dear can help the noises they make. It's in their control to stop bouncing that ball inside. But none of you cops want to HEAR THE FACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But since Mr. Pills can't grasp what should be an easy concept, I'll put it in smaller words: "The Banging Brood want to bother me, so they act on the urge."
Accidental noises in an apartmet are one thing, but my neighbors do it to harm me, and the cops allow it.
No, the public is well aware that these neighbors should be accountable and they should receive their appropriate punishment from law enforcement. Looks like the public needs to punish the cops by asking them why they insist on not doing their flipping jobs.
It's downright appalling that the local cops are so soft on MONTHS of DELIBERATE HARASSMENT.
