From about 6 p.m. to when I left at 7:40 p.m., the apartments from the left, right, and above me have been beating and banging. I've been recording it, and I'm dead serious about suing the entities in the "Will Sue" post.
If you're in my apartment, imagine facing the door to the outside. The neighbors to my right were banging their pantry doors as hard as they could. The Upstairs Stomper was stomping. And the Banging Brood, who live to the left of me, were bouncing their tennis ball again.
They'll no doubt be doing the same when I come back. So I'll just keep recording evidence, find some kind of freeware sound enhancement software (since the sounds are lousy out of standard issue sound cards/speakers), and hand it over to my lawyer when I get one.
The city and the cops will regret not taking action like they should have done.
I heard on a news broadcast that cops have the authority to write citations for any enforceable law. Well, they sure as crap haven't done beans about the noise. Proof there that the FBPD doesn't give a hang about doing its proper job, as per taxpayer money.
If I wanted to call the cops anything derogatory, it would be "leeches", not "pigs".
And it's nice that the doctor I saw suggested I dial 911 if any of the neighbors grief me again. The stress isn't good for my blood pressure or diabetes. Therefore the cops are allowing a very real threat to my own life to continue.
