At 2:20 to 2:22 a.m., I heard voices outside. I saw two people loitering, an African American male and I think a female, nationality unknown. They were loitering near the coke machine, on the stairs.
I had my camera with me and attempted to take pictures of the camera-shy loiterers. But given that I was shaky and it was dark, the pictures are worthless. I wanted the pictures merely to prove that there is loitering going on at night, which proves the FBPD wrong about how "peaceful" it is at London Square Apartments.
How did I know they were there? I was in the living room, sitting on the floor, having a cup of ginger tea for my stomach. I didn't want to disturb the cats. As I was minding my own business quietly, I heard the couple cutting up outside. So I tried taking pictures, and the pair took off like they might have something to hide.
