October 18, 2013 -- Upstairs Stomper's "Act of Dog" and Another Rant about FBPD

About 11:40 a.m., I heard the dog in the Upstairs Stomper's apartment bark a bit and thump about.  The dog sounded excited.

Now an "act of dog" isn't a cause for police involvement, mind you.  But this is the only thing noteworthy of being reported, and I'm glad for it, really.

However, I'd like to refute Mr. Buzz Cut's (the police officer with Mr. Pills on October 14, 2013) comment about how you can't get quiet in an apartment complex.  Bull.  It was so quiet last night that I didn't recognize it at first.  That's how noisy it's been since July 2nd, 2013.  It was quite pleasant to have a night and a morning of respite from the banging, stomping, scraping, hammering, drumming, thumping...

It's really a shame it couldn't have come much sooner and without having to go to these lengths to obtain said quiet.  I never should have been left feeling that I had to do things myself, because the cops weren't willing to enforce the noise ordinance LAW that is STATE LAW.

First the cops acted like apartment complexes are their own little kingdoms where the cops have zero jurisdiction.  But that was only with regards to what I was reporting, mainly about a "single mother" with five kids.

When I was carrying around the baseball bat for SELF-PROTECTION (and it was only reported TWO TIMES), they came in there all cowboy-blazing-saddle-to-save-the-day-and-stop-a-"terrorist" by taking her away to the hospital.

No, no Federal involvement, and if it WERE a "terrorist threat," then Homeland Security would have me shackled in chains and wearing a millstone around my neck.

So there you have it--playing favorites, discrimination, very Anti-American Human Rights Violations, and intimidation.  That's the Farmers Branch Police Department in a nutshell.
