At 1:56 p.m., I heard someone speed through the parking lot at London Square Apartments. Since I didn't look outside in time to see what type of vehicle did so, I have no idea what type was involved. The one thing I do know is that the engine was revved too fast for a duly posted "Slow: Children at Play" parking lot.
By the way, it's possible to speed around the speed bumps in the lot. All it takes is enough empty parking spaces around the ends of the bumps.
