At 11:18 a.m. and 1:38 p.m., respectively, a car alarm sounded. Each time, it sounded for maybe 20 to 30 seconds.
What's the big deal about car alarms? Well, when I moved into London Square Apartments back in 2007, you didn't ever HEAR car alarms going off in the area. But you do now. And they've become necessary in the area, it would seem.
That's getting pretty ghetto, when you hear car alarms on a more frequent basis.
